Politics / On The Issue Of Biafra; Is This Not Deja'vu? by MosD: 5:49pm On Nov 10, 2015
How easy it is for history to repeat itself adversely without the affected people taking cognizance of the development of events! It was not long Nigeria suffered a terrible mistake by arresting and subsequently killing Muhammed Yusuf of Boko Haram, the untold resulting catastrophe which an unborn Nigeria child can testify to at the moment. We are back to the past, walking the same fate with the arrest of Kalu. I just pray and hope....

Politics / Re: Salary And Allowances Of NASS Members Revealed At Last - Vanguard by MosD: 12:41pm On Oct 10, 2015
Bevista:
Spot on! Couldn't have said it better. But this is not even where the major problem lies.

The total of these figures (salaries & allowances) is about N16bn. The main problem lies in the balance of the N120bn budget. This is where most of the NASS fraud is hidden. Why should 2,500 persons have an annual budget of N120bn while most states in the country (with population of over 5m each) have an annual budget of less than N100bn?
. The most brilliant analysis I've ever read on nairaland. So glaring, yet, only visible to few analytical mind like yours

Politics / Re: Why Islamic Scholars Are Silent On Boko Haram, By Governor Kashim Shettima by MosD: 9:25am On Jul 27, 2015
The question is, where were these so called islamic scholars that are suppose to speak now when muslims were burning churches and killing christians in the north? The simple truth that people have ceased to come to term with is that hitherto dastardly act was the embryo of boko haram. What goes around comes around
