This people are really thieves. I was also debited twice last night; first was one POS transaction that I couldn't figure out and the second was the 4,400 Netflix debit. They just reversed it this morning.

So they have reversed the money after I called them, called them out on their facebook page and sent an email to them with CBN in copy. This people are thieves.

If after 72 hours they've not reversed your debit, kindly send an email to cpd@cbn.gov.ng
You can also try to get their number from the CBN website if you prefer to call.
