Is access bank really doing well as to guarantee growth. All this there crawling things get as e be
Very disappointing stock. I don't know if it's even the owners dumping their holdings. All the volume for over three weeks yet no reasonable movement.

It has even fallen below 25 at the moment. 24.85

The 0.057 US Dollar is Naira equivalent of 70 Naira(the listing price in Nigeria).

Below is the current price in London Stock Exchange. That is 2.88 US Dollars
That is like N4,400.
Wow how can I sell my Nigerian holdings in London abeg. lol
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 10:26am On Jul 14, 2025
EDUECO:

A unit of GTCO shares is around 90 plus Naira now.

Sunrisepebble:
Market whisper
Hearing the Chinko deal will be concluded, they’ll do an MTO but I think at same price as majority buyout.
For H1 hearing N7 EPS and likely another N4 interim dividend
NFA/DYOR
If it's the same price with majority buyout, then it's good to sell now oh. $0.06 at current exchange rate of N1,560 to $1 is like N93.6.
But they might not go lower than market price
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 2:32pm On Jul 10, 2025

We have decided to let the MM do their thing up till #25 for a start grin
Na wa oh. But I have one question.
If I join now, will you people give me 100% by month end?
I no dey ask for too much.
I am looking for where to reinvest what is remaining of my Cadbury change.
Cadbury is still an option for me though, I only need to see how far profit takers can take it. If I see Cadbury at 20% less of today's opening, I go buy small

It is not true. I have done my findings In abroad people sell property and investment the money in another real estate without paying CGT.
I have hard investors say how they have escaped taxes by reinvesting in newer assets. Even Warren B does it.The rich have been using it to escape paying big taxes
Abroad is not Nigeria. For instance, abroad, doing charity alone will exempt you from certain taxes. But in Nigeria they will tax you and look for a way of taxing that charity.

Do you know that in most states in Nigeria, you pay Capital gains tax when registering a land. I mean land that you just bought oh, land that have not appreciated in value.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 4:57pm On Jul 08, 2025
Streetinvestor2:
Is not true and possible. How will they know if you are reinvesting.
It is only when you pull money from your brokage account to your bank act that CGT can apply. No CGT when you sell and reinvest the proceed .
I have decided na only dividend which they cannot collect another tax on it beside WHT will be hitting my account. The won't see shishi as CGT from me
Even when you reinvest, that money is taxable before the reinvestment. The moment you reinvest the new investment becomes another opportunity for a taxable income.
The question in taxation is when does the taxable income accrue.
Capital gains tax accrues the moment you gain from your initial purchase.
The very moment you sell that is when the tax becomes payable.
The second investment(reinvestment) becomes another customer for the tax authorities.

E go hard to escape this government tax. Everything you know, they know 200%

zendi:
Una too sharp. grin grin

I was even thinking they will be taking the tax at CSCS point.
Once you sell, they take. Because the money would pass through a bank before getting to the broker and before getting to you.
They will take it from the broker's account
