Is UAC also Buying UPDC? Even with the not so impressive result, UPDC is still doing well. Now on full bid. |
megawealth01:UACN don cross 100 |
Meanwhile Dangcem did me well today and if it should cross N600 tomorrow, I go Japan with my funds to another umbrella. It closed at N577. |
We need to be careful with AI analysis. Sometimes they are wrong. They have been falling in many areas not because they are not efficient but simply because they sometimes do not have complete data. I recall recently the story of a judge that wrote a judgment using Scales generated from Ai. They were all found to be non existent. I have often asked AI for The OS of many companies especially the banks and found out that answers given were wrong. Sometimes they analyse on outdated data. |
GeneralDae:You need to understand the issue. We are talking about the N27trillion windfall/gain by investors not the entire market cap. |
Dum20:Since they started auditing q2, it's often been September, with most payment in October November. That is for Zenith, Access, UBA,GTco and Fidelity I am not sure for the rest |
Agbalowomeri:That is in Naira. But in Dollars e no reach half. |
Dum20:When their Audited H1 result is out, they will surely pay an interim dividend, especially GTCO |
Itzlinda:Shebi I ask before, them no want tell me. I doubt it it's just Chivita or hollandia. Or are they planning to raise some cash? |
So the bulk of our fuel we consume in this country is imported. Which way Nigeria? Findings by The PUNCH, based on the latest fuel supply data obtained from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, showed that a staggering 71.38 per cent of Nigeria’s daily petrol consumption in May and June 2025 was met through imports. The remaining 28.62 per cent was sourced from the $20bn Lekki-based Dangote Petroleum Refinery. This indicates that marketers, who are expected to access products locally with ease in the country, are instead spending the country’s scarce foreign exchange to import refined petroleum products. The NMDPRA disclosed this during a presentation to the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee for the month of June 2025. Our correspondent obtained a copy of the presentation on Sunday. https://www.nairaland.com/8490267/fuel-imports-surge-71-marketers |
Princkez:He fit no see. Agba is coming to the market today with everything wey he don dey keep under the mattress to buy 2m units. Over 650k units was done last Friday. 75k is not that much he will surely get. I got my 2 thaasan units upper week at N485 |
Raider76:It's a game. He knows how to play it. Bad result then an incentive. The game is the game. |
Olaide1295:Eps from N11 to N1. Downstream oil sector dey suffer. Someone told me the dangote revolution will also affect those with tankers and tank farms. |
yMcy56:Sugar is rather falling. If there is any news, It might not be food |
Seplat has provided opportunity for those that bought high but want to leave. 5,700 |
Sunrisepebble:Me too oh. I have been waiting |
Streetinvestor2:from the 2nd week of next month the bank results should start coming. That's the bank bulls |
Beta glass would have been a good option but their dividend history is something else. N300 stock wey dey pay N1 dividend |
Agbalowomeri:Those Downstream oil companies are suffering from the dangote effect. They can't import without dangote crashing prices. They all now buy and sell at the same price with other independent marketers. |
megawealth01:That Aradel result is very very good oh. If It falls na all my portfolio I go carry enter. Q2 eps alone is N25 just for the last 3months oh. The rest of the year should be up to N80. Mind you Aradel has an excellent dividend payment ratio. |
Ginalex:No mind loco. He left us in CILeasing. I was able to move only half of my holdings at 10% gain to buy some PZ. Now the remaining go suffer with the market tomorrow. |
Ginalex:They did well |
https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/44754_ARADEL_HOLDINGS_PLC-_QUARTER_2_-_FINANCIAL_STATEMENT_FOR_2025_FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_JULY_2025.pdf Aradel didn't do badly Eps from N23 to N33 |
EDUECO:No dey look that side. What interest me the most in the result is that Ote$ now owns 31% stake in FIrst bank as against 20% of last year. If you add the 25% that is on the way to him, he would be owning like 56%. When you now add the one that will come by way of private placement, then we start our journey. |
GeeKudi:Na my PZ money I go use enter at that price. |
Jeez2:Mega Come oh. Where are we heading with PZ? |
Payunsin:Those pple no dey change. They will declare another 60kobo by year end and when you go to AGM they keep praising themselves for moving from kobo to Naira total dividend. The funny part of Transcorp AGM is that they hand pick those same guys that go round every other company AGM to come and tell us how they are balancing the gender of board memberships. At the Transcorp AGM, na so so UBA them just dey talk about. They were even singing Wise man bank with UBA... I just wonder why Ote$ no take over this company. It would have been over 1k by now if Ote$ had succeeded |
I asked AI to do an analysis of Access bank highlighting it's prospects and this part of the answer got me laughing out load. (I don't believe it sha but dem done see Access finish, no respect for the stock) "Analyst Price Targets: Analysts have set a 12-month price target of N29, a 50% potential increase from the June 2024 price of N19.35, and close to the five-year high of N30. This target appears feasible given the stock’s historical growth trajectory (five-year average price of N9.28 to 2024’s N21.29)." |
Na Who Push PZ. Almost full bid at 43 |
Sunrisepebble:You are correct. Thats confusing. Why would they do such. Meanwhile lots and lots of money entering WAPCO |
ndept:Nascon with over N11 Eps is so far the best and most undervalued compared to NAHCO and WAPCO |
