Mcheeew. He was only suspended for such a grave act of injustice to nigerians. What then is the difference between him and the punishers afterall they both gave little punishments for grave acts. This should have been an opportunity to send a strong message to other corrupt judges. Opportunity lost. Not too different from the pardon granted Alameisegha by Jonathan. They are called criminals only for a short while, the they are restored(even before he has exhausted the bribe money that secured the linient sentence for the pension thiefs). |
Given our antecedents as a nation, I'll just reserve my comments till he reappears. Thank God he's now well. |
I know for a fact that if the same joke had been made about their god, Mr Rufai and the rest would have since taken the joker's head with a dagger. Just passing. |
Mcleo007: Word! A typical example is the WC qualifiers of 2010 away at Uganda. Martins despite picking up a knock, still grabbed a brace for Nigeria which all but secured qualifications. I'd be damned to see the likes of Brown Ideye and Emenike make the list ahead of Obagoal! His form for club is terrific plus he provides a different approach to the team play. He's a direct and rugged player that is never to trace on goal.so na uganda. I thought it was kenya fa. Thanks 4 confusing me the more. |
Abeg help me ask that ur source whether my name dey d list. I dey anxious. No work to do. |
Don't know if am the only one, but I notice a new practice whereby Glo sents an sms claiming that I subscribed for a particular service and that N100 has been deducted from my account. The first time I got the message, I thought I had mistakenly subscribe for the service, so I let it pass. Weeks later, I got a call from 8888 advertising a service. I dropped the call and the next thing I got was an sms saying that N100 had been deducted for my subscription to the advertised service. Each time I call to complain, the say sorry and give a code they claim will stop it.This morning, I loaded my phone, forgot it on the table and left for work. On my return this evening, I saw a missed call and ansms from Glo reading: ''Dear customer, Your subsription of Dating at 8888 has been successfully renewed. You have been charged N100. I called them and as usual all they said was sorry, send stop to 8888. I've confirmed from my friends that am not the only one . They too had one time or the other experienced same. This is a serious thing and since we can no longer look up to NCC for these things. So I'm bringing this here believing that they will bow to public pressure and stop this unfairness. And what better place to do this than Nairaland. Moderator please take this to front page for proper action. |
