I think I'm gonna be posting a snapshot of my portfolio at the start of each quarter cause that was the second b2b quarter of 40%+ returns. Also because streetinvestor is always mocking me for not dropping advise. That being said, i will never recommend anyone to invest in what i don't have stake in. DD advised as always.
Side note: I'm still upcoming so don't laugh at my portfolio. I have 45m in cash that i will use to average down if needed.

SEC just recently declined the request of PZ Cussons to buy-out minority shareholders and delist. Do your findings. Just google it. And that put a stop to their intention to delist.
As long as SEC rejects the application to delist, the company cannot delist.

This delisting has little to do with SEC. Its a court ordered delisting. SEC is not even a party to the suit.
Only the court can determine if it will succeed or not. SEC will not have a say on it.

However, we need to also know the outcome of the ruling.

The ruling will mostlikely be on the application for joinder. Remember some shareholders applied to join the suit.

lol. If access succed in this RI alone, they would have met the 500b easily. And the dilution will even be of less impact since the it will only increase the majority holdings of the Ogas. The Ogas hardly sell on the floor of the exchange.

This decision was made due to the bank’s failure to improve its financial performance, posing a threat to financial stability.

The apex bank’s Acting Director of Corporate Communication Department, Sidi Ali, disclosed this in a statement on Monday.

According to the CBN, the bank’s management has been unable to stem the decline despite various supervisory steps taken by the regulator. With no reasonable prospects of recovery, the CBN has taken this action to protect the financial system and maintain public confidence.

“The Nigerian financial system remains on a solid footing.

“We are committed to ensuring the safety and soundness of our financial system, and this action reflects that commitment,” the statement added.

That Q2 was from one off forex gain due to devaluation. The business throughout 2023 is making losses every quarter as expenses exceed incomes. Expenses need to go down and incomes up (or incomes need to grow faster the growth of expenses) for steady profits - will that be the story for 2024 ?

This is higher than the last on. Dividend payment date 14th june.

With seplat deal almost done, something tells me Oando's deal will soon be completed. The way Tinubu intervened to make this deal go through is the same way he might try to ensure Oando's.
