"Decision envelope for tracking No. 20230809CAA8PKT95849 received on Wed Aug 16 2023 is ready for collection at the Canada VAC in Canada Visa Application Centre, Abuja. Your decision envelope will be returned to you via the courier service offered by the VAC. Collection of decision envelopes in-person at the VAC is not permitted until further notice. Please refer to the ¿Buy Services¿ page of the VAC website for further information on courier services offered by the VAC"

I have tried all means of contact on their website but it is not responding. Is their anyone who has passed through this hurdle?

I paid one-way courier service. I want VFS to deliver my passport to my address.

Because through what you said the agent have been the one doing all that for ya since the first day

My friend went there with the photocopy of his passport data page and the UPS sheet they gave him the day he submitted his passport
You know the reason why he used the UPS was that he didn’t book appointment the day he went to submit his passport
So he can’t just go direct to embassy and submit his passport without appointment that’s why he went straight to UPS near the embassy and do it
So you case is just different

Nothwithstanding, if you have the email used in the application, you can use that and your name to chat with VFS i.e. follow these steps tomorrow:

1. Click on 'chat now' from this page
- https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/can/contact-us#

2. When asked to fill in your details such as name etc, use the agent's email that was used in the application

3. When connected to an agent, give them your tracking number and request for the UPS tracking number

Since the chat channel is usually busy, keep trying till you connect to an agent.

I think your agent might have your passport with visa handy already, I hope you are not owing him any balance?
Courier services dont take this long.

Chat with them between 9am and 3pm.

They will give you the tracking number.

If not, chat with VFS team tomorrow for this and contact UPS with further delivery instructions.

This is straight forward. If VFS confirms passport has been forwarded to courier, what else do you need?

I have just seen multiple messages from you on this without any further decisive action to resolve this despite guidance from others. There's nothing anyone here can do to help other than provide information (which has been done).

Please take action now.

This is what they added to the mail they sent but despite all that he went their with just the two things I mentioned up there and got his passport by him self

Let that agent go there and get it by his or her self, someone I knew got same message but couldn’t wait to for the courier, he went there and get it by his self
Don’t listen to what ever they are saying or sending to ya, believe me that ya passport have been there since they sent ya that mail
Let him or her go with the courier shit and the passport data page they gave him or her on the submission day
After submitting your passport they will give a sheet that you will come with on the collection day right
Tell him or her to go with it at the Canada embassy which is located at lekki

U have to chat them thru webchat, around 9am. Tell them that you received a msg dat ur passport has been couried but u r yet to get a tracking number. They will give u the tracking number u will use to track on UPS website

Since it's yesterday dat d msg dropped, chat them up on their webchat, u will be given a tracking number dat u could use to track on UPS.
