- PUBLIC TRANSPORT is fantastic in Paris, we have some of the best public transport in Europe, therefore its normal that it would be expensive. nothing is free in life!
- DRIVING is indeed a nightmare and thats because the gov is trying to reduce cars coming into the city, thus restricting many major access, in order for people to use public transport, and in return have less pollution in the city.
- WALKING....is the attraction of Paris. the beauty of the city lies with its streets/architecture and therefore we aint gonna change that. as for baby carriage, i dont know what the hell you are talking about....any baby carriage is allowed on public transport...STOP WRITING RUBBISH ONLINE!!!!
- LITTER....you must be joking or talking about the litter after a long weekend....but hey, so long as we dont have rats running the city (like the dog-like rats of NY), we good!
- PEOPLE ... sadly, French people DO speak English, the difference is that we are so proud of what/who we are that we believe that we aint got to change for nobody. expecting people in France to speak any other language is highly stoopid. the French language is part of the attraction, so get with the program and learn some French!

yes you are absolutely right... Brasilians love foreigners, but i have to be honest and say, the more south you go in the country and the funnier people would be. in Brasil , we have institutionalized racism, and although it is very subtle, it is there somehow. i love brasil nevertheless.

for example, i have never been in a bank in Brasil and seen a black bank teller, but the security guards were almost always black. they had affirmative actions for a reason, and although people dont really care any longer, it was needed because most people who lived in poor neighborhoods were discriminated upon with education etc. imagine that the people in the poor areas were going to school only for half a day, while the elite sent their kids to private schools from morning til night....and when both these children got to university level, the rich kids were always the best because they had twice as much learning per day.... thus getting the best jobs in the long run. thats why they had to implement affirmative action which forced these unis to include black kids AND kids from poor neighborhoods to combat this issue....but sadly, you can put a "not as smart" kid in unis, it doesnt change the issue, and as much as many black doctors/lawyers etc came out from this, its very little to solve the problem! they need to put more money to build more schools in these poor neighborhood so that these kids can go to these gov school ALL DAY LONG and not just half a day.
