Why Ojoge Daniuel continue tarnishing my good name - Alhaji Sufianu Ayinde Kazeem



An Ibadan-based property manager, Alhaji Sufianu Ayinde Kazeem, popularly called Sukazeem has explained why his former lawyer, barrister Wale Ojoge Daniel has been going around to defame his family name.

Alhaji Sufianu Ayinde Kazeem said the lawyer had duped his family in many ways which made his company to disengage him.


Speaking with our correspondent, Sukazeem said; "Ojoge is one of our lawyers who handled many of our agreements. He decived us to get a contract from our company. The Genesis of the crisis started when my daughter prepared a document for my company and he said the document was not good enough. He persuaded me to allow him to rewrite the document which I did because he is a senior lawyer to my daughter.

"Suprisengly, he converted the name on the document to his name and his hen we asked him to change the name, he declined. Unknowingly to Ojoge, we have prepared another document which supersede the fake document in his hand.

"That was the reason we disengaged him for his dubious dealings. He also said somebody who signed our document had died before we produced the document, it is all lies. We have death certificate of the man and date he signed the document. We shall see when we get to court.

"His partner in crime, Bayo Adeyemo who said in a video that went viral on how he forged a document, EFCC will soon invite him to tell them how he did it. Ojoge also did double filling for my company which some legal practionals told us it is illegal.

"We also asked him to join one of our lawyers to do a job but he snatched the contract because he said the one produced by the lawyer was not good enough.

"The documents he said was not good was the same document he submitted but he changed the name on it to his name. We have facts to prove all our claims. He told me that the N5million paid to his account was a gratification.

"Though he begged me but because I said this was his third time of abusing the privileged I gave to him and I cannot tolerate him, he said he was going to finished me in the media. That is why he always release many statement to spoil my name.

"We have record of how he collected N5million from our office without doing anything for us. He also begged me to give him N5million because his wife was shortlisted for chief judge in Osun state, therefore he has some debts to settle. I directed my company to release N2million for him which they did.


"This same man also informed my clients, Koleoso's family that I was sick and I may die at the UCH, therefore, the money for their property should be paid to his account. Which they eventually did, but he didn't pay them. He convinced them that if I die in the hospital, they won't be able to get their money back.

"On the Mokore village, I told him that my daughter didn't prepare the document very well, so he collected the document and prepare it as if the contract was given to my company and his Chambers, we asked him to change it but he refused. He called some members of the family and bribed them to fight us. Unfortunately for him, those family members are grate grand children. He used divide and rule for the family. He is a dubious lawyer."

Sanction Ojoge Chambers now over alleged frauds, group tells NBA



A professional group, Dignity in Labour (DL) on Friday urged the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) to sanction Bar. Wale Ojoge Daniel, his wife, Bar. Bola Ojoge, his son, Bar. Tommy Ojoge Daniel and his daughter, Bar. Wunmi Babatope Ojoge Daniel who is also a wife to Dr Babatope, a consultant at UCH over recent unpleasant remarks in online newspapers.



DL, which it's members are drawn from all professional organisations in Nigeria said remarks about Ojoge and his family in recent time have brought shame and reproach to NBA as a Nobel Association, adding that such individual should be expelled from the bar.

The group in a statement signed by its national president, Adeola Ayinde and the secretary, Abubakar Dogara said Nigeria can only be great if such people are being investigated and brought to book.



"As a professional body, we are monitoring the activities of Ojoge and his family in recent time and we notice they are shame to NBA. If truly the allegations leveled against Ojoge by his clients are true, NBA should as a matter of urgency should investigate and deal with him accordingly."



Quoting some of the recent reports on Ojoge and his family, the group said investigation by its members has exposed more damages Ojoge had done in the name of NBA, and his case has to be investigated.

The statement further said during its investigation, the representative of NBA in Dignity in Labour confirmed that the union had at a time suspended Ojoge over his misconduct, urging leadership of the association to suspend him and his family indefinitely for their gross misconduct.



"We are still wondering why Ojoge and his family would continue to disgrace NBA. NBA needs to act now before it is too late. We have more than five family and individual who have condemned their dealings with them. If NBA refuses to act, we shall take a legal action against him," the statement said.

The former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has spent this year’s Christmas with his triplet without their mother, Precious Chikwendu.



Fani-Kayode posted on his Facebook page on Saturday morning pictures of his handsome triplet.







Recalled that the PDP chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode separated from his wife, Precious, the mother of the three handsome boys this year.



There are controversies surrounding the news of the separation as the couple was seen in a viral video striving with each other and exchanging abusive words.





However, an unidentified woman was spotted in the new pictures posted by Fani-Kayode on Facebook and many people are guessing she may be her next wife as they were in a love up mood.



Precious Chikwendu, is the former beauty queen and the mother of four is the fourth woman who was divorced by her estranged husband, Femi Fani-Kayode.







The former Aviation Minister and his estranged wife, Precious Chikwendu got married in 2014 weeks after the ex-beauty queen participated in a beauty contest sponsored by United Nations.



Fani-Kayode reportedly had three other marriages in the past which collapsed before the fourth one and there were indications that they were due to domestic violence.

Augustine University commissions multi-million Naira bottle water production plant



The Catholic Archbishop Emeritus of Lagos, Cardinal Anthony Olubunmi Okogie has donated a multimillion Naira water plant to Augustine University located at Ilara in Epe area of Lagos State.



The water plant is built is built with state of the art facilities to provide clean potable bottle water.



The Catholic priest while speaking at the commissioning of the water plant on Tuesday, thanked those who assisted him to donate the water plant and other laudable development in the institution.



The Catholic Archbishop who is also the founder of the university appreciated the proprietor of the institution and Archbishop of Lagos, Most Rev. Dr. Alfred Adewale Martins for his fatherly and extraordinary care of the staff and students of the institution.

Okogie also thanked the pioneer Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Steve Olaoluwa Afolami for first selling the idea of the water plant to the institution.



The man of God said: "Taking a leap from the English proverb that, 'necessity is the mother of invention', the institution took the institution to proffer a permanent solution to water problem on the campus. It was the need for regular water supply that led us to a water plant.



" As our ace musician Fela Anikulapo would say, 'Water no get enemy'. It is therefore becomes expedient to source for a mean for potable water because it is a basic necessity of life", he said.



The BOT chairman of the institution, Sir Steve Omojafor (OON) revealed that the decision to build the water plant was after seeing students on the campus going round to get drinking water. He added that schools like Maryland Comprehensive schools provided water plant for its students saying this is one of the things that motivated the school to build the water plant.



Omojafor added that the idea started from school Governing Council saying while seeking for a donor, the Cardinal volunteered to sponsor the project which was initially at N20 Million.



The proprietor of the institution who is the Lagos Archbishop, Most Rev. Alfred Martins said the water plant is one of the tasks by the Cardinal to contribute to the development of the university.



Martins said: "Water is essential but can't be useful if it is not treated. This is just like how Elijah in the Bible purify water before it could be useful. In Augustine University, we don't only have purified water but also sanctified water.



The following names are those who are recognized as contributors to the university's development: " Rev. Fr Melchizedek Okpala, Rev. Fr Alexander Oboh, Rev. Fr. Christopher Adeyemi Atoyebi, Prince Joseph Nnamukwu Okeanyanwu and Mr. Stephen Ubule.



Other benefactors are: "Mr. Christopher David Hassan, Mr. Emmanuel Abejeshi Ikwen and other two who are dead: " Late Fabian Onyeugo and late George Akutsam.
