In workplaces and even in my workplace, employees are told not to respond to press. Truth is, press can change what you said and report something different thus giving you another work of clearing the air. You must know how to deal with the press.

Everyone and every leader doesn't have to be organizing press conference. It depends on you. NASS can also pass a bill that presidents must organize press conference perhaps every quarter, just like it is in football. After every game, managers are to respond to the press, etc.

If you are withdrawing using ATM, For every N20k withdrawn from First Bank, an equivalent of $60.11 would be deducted. This means that the exchange rate is N332/$.

I would advise you to go with an exchanger, especially one you can trust. Be informed that withdrawing through the ATM is the safest and fastest way to withdraw your money, the only price to be paid is the low exchange rate.

If you need a trusted exchanger do let me know that is if you have a make payment option on your payoneer account.

I don't think it's the case here. Trump and his personality makes him ready to deal with the press. He speaks harshly to CNN and any media platform that talks nonsense. In fact, he will use twitter to come for you. But the president isn't that type of person, he would rather allow you say whatever you want and speak where he think is safe for him.

It is safer to withdraw using the ATM than through exchangers. Except you have a trusted exchanger, I recommend people to use ATM.

If you have a make payment option on your payoneer account, I will suggest who will buy your fund at a good rate (N345/$1). Trusted person anyway.

But if you want to use ATM, kindly use First bank or Access bank. I would strongly recommend First Bank. For every N20k withdrawn, payoneer will charge $60.11 (this includes the processing fee). When you divide it, you will realize the exchange rate is N332/$1. Kindly select Savings as the account type.

Do you use a human face on your account?
Is this a white person's picture?
Do you have orders in queue?
Do you have pending funds and funds available for withdrawal?
How long for the pending funds to clear? You can buy time and extend the verification period.

Currently, the dollar currency has been withdrawn and can't be seen as list of currencies on the portal. You can only see Euros. Now to make a $$$ withdrawal, select euros, enter the euro equivalent of the dollar, proceed to make payment, enter your card details and your payment service provider (PSP) will automatically convert it to dollar and process the payment.

My question is, what is the exchange rate for euro to $$ conversion?

I am shocked to learn that banks have access to voters card database. I recently opened a fidelity bank and i wasn't asked for voters card details, I also opened a zenith bank current account and i was asked for my BVN and nothing else.

The emboldened is not true. Just last two weeks ago, i got my passport and it wasn't asked for NIMC nonsense. I did it at immigration headquarters in Abuja here.

Also, the NIMC portal verification isn't working. I don't know but government agencies are yet to share data. I know this because the company I work with are consultants to governments, CAC, JTB, FIRS. As we speak, governments don't share data. Secondly, BVN is domiciled in CBN and is not yet been shared by governments.

I don't know about government agencies but banks do have access to some government databases.

I remember when I opened my last bank account, the guy just typed the last 4 digits on my pvc, and my details were pulled up.

Interesting to know this. If banks have access to PVC database, then it's not good. They should rather have access to NIMC database and JTB too.

When I uploaded my new passport, it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get the account approved. Everything was very clear on the passport. They couldn't have verified it within that period.

They don't have access to our database. Secondly, during bank registration, your means of identification would be scanned with your signature. So it isn't surprising to see your PVC there.

Banks are private entities and PVC is a sensitive material. Giving banks access to it might lead to compromise.

You used your PVC to open the account. All banks are connected to CBN where the BVN is domiciled.

I never in my write up say that bank don't have access to BVN. Rather, government agencies don't share data. FRSC doesn't have access to BVN, JTB too, and customs. If they do have access, most of the capturing would not be done.

Every mastercard is linked/mapped to an account. So if you are getting a new one, it implies you are getting a replacement of the expired card for the same account. If yes, it means the address is the same but if it has changed, payoneer may request that you do address verification or convince them via live chat or email while the address has changed.

Lol, payoneer don't have such access. It will surprise you to know that customs don't have access to BVN hence the capturing done during Passport registration. If they do have access, and since BVN is done with capture, all customs need is just your BVN, then retrieve your details which include the your fingerprint and use it to generate your passport ID. Same thing JTB don't have access to BVN, if they do, then they won't be capturing during TIN registration. All what is needed is just the BVN which has fingerprint attached to it.

If these agencies do not share data, how do you think that ordinary payoneer, a small escrow company will have success access to live database of Nigeria MDAs?

They don't have access to our database. They are private firms not government. Most government agencies in Nigeria do not even have access to other agencies database, how much more payoneer.

If I had changed the image on my voters card before submitting the very first time, it would have been accepted.

Honestly bro, I strongly advise you to go for international passport. some few weeks ago, I was in your situation. I used a PVC but the image on it isn't clear to they rejected it. They also rejected NIMC slip.

And I had about $500 in that account. I had no choice than to go for international passport, I paid for express, 30k and it came out in 4 days before that account was verified.
