I tried using them but they said my card wasn't issued in the same country as the currency. That means, a USD card must be issued in US.

So, I did a little experiment, and I thought I should share with you guys.

Since sendvalu stopped processing dollar transactions, I found out that using your dollar payoneer card to initiate a transaction on sendvalu would cause them to exchange your money at ₦328/$ which doesn't make sense to me.

So, what I did was to order a euro payoneer card. Once the card arrived, I activated it, then transferred some dollars from my dollar payoneer card to the new euro payoneer card. There is a new service within payoneer that allows you to transfer your funds from one currency to another.

I transfered $200 to euros within payoneer and I got €176.17. That's after payoneer deducted $1 as service charge.

Next, I proceeded to initiate a transaction on sendvalu, then used my euro card with €176.17 inside as the checkout option. That gave me ₦68048.83.

If you divide that amount by $200 which was the original amount that started this transaction, I would be left with ₦340/$. I think that's a fairly God rate.

Use your Euro Card on Transferwise, you will get a better rate. I will order for the Euro MasterCard.
