I observed that too, if the estimate is between 8k to 10k for the rider and you are in traffic for hours, the money they will ask you to collect from the rider will be that 10k while they add the extra as bonus for the hours spent in traffic....

I decline all and they blocked me for 24hours, forcefully giving me a break I don't want...

This happened to me day before yesterday.

I kuku just left the app and went to work on indrive. If I hadn't even had 2 previous cancellation experience while 2km in to pickup previously, I might have gone again... but after those 2 I said "MBA! Anything above 3km, I'm not going"... Na later I see them block me for hrs, I haven't gone back since then.
