I was preparing for work this morning when my elder bro sent this (paper) to me via email.

I once heard if you want to marry a girl from the east you'll have to pay extra $€£¥

Ok, back to the matter, my bro is preparing for his traditional wedding anytime soon.

Below is the list of things they ask him to buy, after I was done with the calculations and all, I got a total of close to #500,000 just to buy things listed in the list.

Mind you the list doesn't include food, drinks, canopies, chairs just to name a few that will be used in the event.

I just said in my mind, Eku tracession wedding.

SportsFIFA U-20 WC- Japan Thrash Nigeria 6-0 by MrRitchie(op): 4:22pm On Nov 13, 2016
hree goals from the forward, a brace Yuka Momiki and an own goal from Mary Ologbosere left Peter Dedevbo’s ladies totally torn apart in Papua New Guinea
Japan left African champions Nigeria shaken to the core after they recorded a 6-0 thrashing in their opening game at Bava Park, Port Moresby on Sunday.

A hat-trick from Mami Ueno inspired the Young Nadeshiko past the Falconets who recorded their worst defeat ever in the history of the Fifa U20 Women’s World Cup.

The Asians started brightly and put the Nigerians under pressure from the off, with Ueno’s effort in the opening minute being tipped on the crossbar and out for a corner.

Momiki’s close-range header on 32 minutes and doubled their advantage just three minutes later after Ueno got onto the end of captain Ruka Norimatsu’s neat pass and slotted past goalkeeper Sandra Chiichii.

Things went from bad to worse for the Africans when Momiki capitalised on a horrendous defending to complete her brace and Mary Ologbosere’s own goal in the 56th minute continued the remarkable rout in Group B’s opening fixture and cast further doubt over Nigeria's chances of winning the competition.

Ueno fired home from close-range before completing her treble with a beautiful strike eight minutes from time, embarking on a valiant solo run and smashing a powerful strike into the top corner.

Nigeria face Canada in their next game on November 16, while Japan would seek an early flight in the next round by defeating Spain at the Brava Park.

Its still the same thing then, nothing as changed. There ought to an improvement, but that would only if people of that environs protest it, at there (phcn) office
folem:
Sometimes 4-5 days of no light then they bring it for 3 hours. Upper week there was no light for 2 weeks with an interruption of 1 day with about 4 hours. Things have improved since Saturday but still about 2-3 hours per day. Before IKEDC bring bills of N10k without light but they bring N3k now still with no light. The people are tired and are thinking of IPP. How realistic that will be, only time will tell. There is nothing more frustrating than paying astronomical amounts for what you don't use.

CrimeFirst Bank Is A Scam by MrRitchie(op): 1:27pm On Nov 03, 2016
I'm putting this here to the public to make people know about the illegal debit they (First bank) perform on customers account.

this is not the first time but since is getting too frequent i had to voice out before they drain everything i have in my account

I've been in my house throughout this week without going out or performe any transaction of any kind, but whenever i check my email, i will see a debit alert from first bank, saying N100 has been debited from your account, i might get this same message twice daily and am very sure am not the only person this is happening to and it as been happening for the past one month now.

For the past 3 days almost a thousand naira has been debited from my account illegally, lets assuming they're doing same to about 100,000 Nigerians, then calculate 1000 * 100,000 = this is a whopping 100 million naira in three (3) days apart from the account maintenance fee they deduct every month.

If this can be passed through for the right authorities to see and take legal action and for other people experiencing same to have a voice for their hard earned money.

I don't know if this is in the right section but would do more good than harm if its taken to the front page.

Below is the screenshot of their email alerts.

There are witnesses who can confirm it all, eg, Aluko, I watched his interview some months ago on channels tv where he was talking about you receiving part of the #DasukiGate but when you were called to clarify yourself by the same tv station, you denied knowing aluko and receiving any money for election campaign, few months down you and the same aluko appeared again on the same tv station, saying you've forgiven him, he doesn't know what he was doing or saying then, he's your younger brother, he's your junior colleague bla bla bla, I know all what you're saying is because there's no trace or evidence he gave you money all because it wasn't transacted thru bank, its something you collected in cash! God will catch you that said hotel will provide a cctv footage of you and obanikoro and other cohorts, then we will know the truth. #IamMrNoPartyMan

TravelAbout Portuguese Working Visa by MrRitchie(op): 12:26pm On Oct 21, 2016
Hello everyone, I am an applicant of portuguese working visa, I've submitted my application for about a month and a week now but still haven't got any message/call/email from them, my employers over there in portugal called the embassy here and they told them (my empoyers) that my paper were ready two weeks ago.

I called the embassy to know why they haven't called me for collection, all they could tell me was to send my full name and passport number to their email address, which I did but they still never responded to my mails. I called again this week they said once they get anything they'll get back to me, since a month now and some weeks.

What baffles me the most is that my emplyers called them and make reference to my application which they confirmed to them that it was ready a week after I submitted my application but for them to now tell me they haven't gotten anything concerning my application or are they trying to delay the release of my passport so as the days on the visa can start reading while am still in Nigeria doing nothing (should have collected my first salary if'd collected the visa when due) I have a lot responsibilities on me.

If there's anyone who can give me reasons why the situation is like this or who has gone through same experience before to comment below, so myself and other readers can also benefit from it. Thank you for taking your time to read and comment on this thread.
