I have a friend who is a University graduate. He works for government during the day and drives his Danfo from 4pm till about 9pm. He can cope with the stress and he makes money.

You should be able to do a honest acessment of your strengths and abilities.

Thanks for asking. If the two cars pass Uber car assessment, each will earn you about N40,000 to N50,000 per week (net of all expenses) on Uber. That's some additional N320,000 to N400,000 per month income for you. You can also give them out to drivers on drive-to-own.

These agents are very smart. There is a trend in the real estate market these days.

If a flat goes for 200k per annum and the property owner is ready to accept 1 year Rent. Agency and commission should be 40k.

However, these agents insist on Agency and commission for 2yrs. They end up demanding for 80k.
Then add caution fees etc. You will eventually pay over 100k extra.

This is about 50% extra.

Sometime they come with a baggage of stress. Inflation of agency fees, addition of unnecessary charges like caution fees etc.
