Ok since the electricity generation has increased to over 5000MW and distribution is more efficient, I support their demand. PMB all the way! Nigeria will be great again! |
And Nigeria Govt is looking for where to borrow $1Billion . |
Where is Sahara Reporters? I thought they said Anambra agricultural revolution is a hoarse. Gradually, the truth is coming out. |
Is any law broken if a suspected criminal (be it a Judge or lawmaker) Two constitutional breaches that led to outcry of arrest of the judges are; 1. EFCC not DSS are mandated by law to arrest and arrain corrupt people. 2. Constitution stipulates how to deal with corrupt judges and DSS know that. Corrupt judges are first reported to NJC who will investigate and sack anyone culpable. Then EFCC or THE POLICE will prosecute them The constitution was clear about that so to maintain independence of the judiciary and avoid EXECUTIVE interference and undue influence of judicial outcomes. Even soldiers are not taken to civilian court without being court martialled by military tribunal. Even PMB knows that. NJC sacked about 3 judges a few weeks ago. They even recommended prosecution of the affected judges to their respective State Government. Nobody is supporting corrupt judges. Let APC not cajole any one into buying their executive recklessness. They want all judges to always rule every case to their favour. |
Fearcom:Diversionary. I hope you know history. There are about three religious or ethnic riots in the North before 1966. 1954, 1957 and 1963 |
Ugosample:I don't like to argue for the sake of it. There should be exxhange of ideas in every argument. The point is not that south is good and north is bad. We are trying to highlight what is bad about the north. You can open a thread about what is bad about Lagos or Southwest. Do you know I stayed in a luxurious mansion in Kano abandoned by Lebanese due to incessant crisis in the north? Street urchins waking up and attacking innocent residents without tangible reason? If kano declare a certain day as the day of blood, believe me no one will fall a victim. We are pointing out this because no one ever get arrested or punished after every riot. If they are criminals like kidnappers, robbers or ritualists, their cup will get full one day. But some get promoted after religious riots in Kano. Lets keep saying it maybe this recent change being championed by Emir of Kano will bear fruit. Enough of religious riots in Kano and other Northern States. |
TeamSimple:Issue of killing is not generally in all states. Please be objective. Even in the north, have you heard of religious riot in Jigawa? Call a spade a spade otherwise we will not be able to tackle our problem headlong. We know that there are cult clashes in dome states in SS. There are kidnappings in SE and there are ritual killings in some Southern States. But killings in the name of Religion in SOuthern States? No way. That is how to identify problems and seek for solution. Of recent is attack on Shiites. Soon, some one will come and defend such actions and tell us there are killings in all states. |
The OP is very correct with this write up. Am serving in Katsina state and im loving it. What strikes me is that people can greet to a fault here. Anywhere we go we hear "Mallam good morning", mind u we rarely wear our NYSC clothing even when going to school, except on CDS days. For bonus points just try learning the Hausa language and your rep will increase 100%. Just stay in your lane and respect yourself and u will be fine. Last thought: They take football VERY seriously here [/quote Northerners think differently from Southerners. Greetings from a southerner is like expression of love or acceptance. Greetings from Northerners are like a duty. Thesame poeple that greet you and hail you are thesame people that will come for your head when occasion calls. Southerners kill their perceived personal enemies but northerners kill the perceived enemies of Islam their personal friendship does not count. |
Zamfara, Sokoto and Kebbi do not have violent street urchins like Kaduna, Kano, Bauchi and in recent times, Katsina. Your experience in Zamfara cannot account for all northern states. More so north is generally ok at peace time. But those that give you cold water are thesame people that will slit your throat in event of any crises. Many victims of northern madness thought that north was land flowing with honey, just like you. I know of one Ibo boy that returned from London to do his NYSC in Bauchi. He eulogised northerners better than you. His throat was later slit by thesame Almajiris that ran errand for him. I stayed in the north for 7 years travelling to about 12 states. I am giving you a real fact about the situation in the north. |
They might be correct. They injected 2.419Trn naira and while Nigeria lost 3.419Trn naira to foreign investors who left the country because of lack of well articulated macro- economic frame work |
Why has the presidency not obtain the search warrant of the judge who struck out the perjury case against the President? A man who hired 13 SANs to defend him in the court for being asked to show his certificate. Thesame certificate he swore an affidavit that it was with the Secretary of Nigerian army. |
Maduawuchukwu:Spot on.After going through post, I didn't have any other point to add. |
Some people think that they will vote Nigerian Mugabe out come 2019. They forget that 2019 is not 2015 when there was GEJ to concede defeat and Jega to perfect the game. PMB till 2023. Mind you Nigeria will experience acute recessions in 1984, 2016 & 2021. And the president in all the three occasions will be the only incorrigible and astute leader Major General Muhammadu Buhari rtd |
Why do people think that their vote will count come 2019? With Nigerian Mugabe around?;2019 is not 2015. There will be no GEJ to concede defeat and no Jega to perfect the game. PMB till 2023. Mind you Nigeria will experience three recessions in its lifetime; 1984, 2016 & 2024. Our only incorrigible and astute leader Buhari will lead us into all of them. |
But you people always want Ijaw "militants" to challenge FG while you attach. You couldn't even dare FG and you claim to be brave. FYI FG is granting Amnesty (settlement) to "Ijaw militants", FG is begging Ijaw militants to "negotiate" while brave IPOB is usually greeted with brutality and hostility. As for Tompolo, he will sort himself out. But you should sympathise with Kanu. PS TO READERS: I am not in support of militancy[/quote It seems you don't have class. Tell me, can you spot your nairaland mate here? You used to be one of the most reliant poster here. Recently, you have become everything but classic. Smh. |
where did u keep ur brain this early morning, so ur fellow ipods also kept their brain in d zoo, that is why u ipods dont know shagari also cause d recession like ineffectual buffoon, this time, pmb has alot of time to take us out of recession. even upto 8yrs.[/quote Thanks JESUSLOVESYOU, Why then did he not blame Shagari for the 1984 recession. At least there is no record where he put the blame on Shagari |
Jesuslovesyou |
Jesusloveyou:Thank you sir JESUSLOVESYOU. Why did he not blame Shagari then?. At least there was mo records showing PMB blaming Shagari |
Please can someone give me an answer to a question someone asked me on facebook. PMB said Jonathan caused the recession in 2016. Who then caused the last recession in 1984? We need an answer please. |
When they say GEJ caused the present recession, my question is who caused the last recession in 1984? Yesterday PMB announced that his administration saves $10 Billion annually from importation of petrol. Then I asked APC, if PMB saves such amount, how much was GEJ spending to subsidize fuel since petroleum was at all time high during his tenure? Then Min. of Fin. said they have cut out about 50000 ghost workers from their payroll. Yet this present govt want to borrow money to pay salary. I stand to be corrected, this present administration have excess money to loot more more than the previous govt. |
Taeewo:What is there to summarize? Old story, Tinubu camp broke away from Presidency camp. This story of face off and fall apart started in 1960s. This is a clear evidence of a failure of a nation to learn from history to starting asking 'what is there for the future of my nation'? instead of 'what is there for me and my cabals'? The most annoying aspect of this national embarrassment is that some ignorant youths will celebrate this national disaster because it is APC while other unitelligent ones will support eithet Tinubu or the presidency. It is quite unfortunate. |
First step is to impeach Buhari. Then the second step is to scrap the redundant Senate. The third step is to reduce the number of Members of House of Representatives to 109. The fourth step is to restructure Nigeria into six states. Take these bold steps, I bet you, Ghanaians will come back to serve Nigerians as they did in the early 80s |
Well that is their dividend of democracy. They should enjoy the change while it lasts. Afterall there are APC e-rats that are paid to defend their actions. |
Ok |
After devaluing naira from N198 to N320 to $1, APC cannot still pay salaries. At least now, they should be making more naira from a barrel of crude oil. |
Ok |
Please can Buhari supporters tell him that Nigerians are waiting for the take off of his economic plan. Whining over Jonathan poor performance will not improve the economic situation in the country. Afterall he is the direct beneficiary of GEJ failure. If Obama whined over Bush's poor performance, you think Americans would have voted him in for the second term? Enough said. |
Jaideyone:If Obama whined over Bush's poor performance, you think Americans would have voted him in for the second term?. Honestly, this is the first administration in the history of modern world democracy that have never taken responsibility for its action. |
Jaideyone:So we keep whining over Jonathan's poor performance for the next 4 years? Are you not tired of this cliche? |
I have never seen a bunch of retards in life. So, if GEJ performed well, how will APC win election? George Bush led USA into economic downturn, Obama won elections, all good. GEJ did not do well in economy, Buhari won election, complain all the way. Please can sensible people tell Buhari supporters to stop playing with our sensibilities. Enough said. |
Markshevy:Consultants do not make inputs without formal request for their services. APC govt must accept that they need help to run the govt. Many economists are crying everyday because of crass ignorance of the present economic team to salvage the nation. Unfortunately PMB does not believe the need to put the nation above narrow interest. He sees many economists as enemies or what he called 5percenters. That is the beginning of the national woes. |
HungerBAD:Do you think before you make comments? You don't take them serious but you always make comments on every topic concerning Ibos. Are you daft or something? |
Jonathan's poor performance is the major reason he was kicked out!!!
