cordismary: Pls I need a honest, sincere and a spiritual advice here.
I have been dating this about a year and half guy who was born into a catholic family but later went to stay his inlaw who is a redeem pastor who refused bluntly that he must follow them, which he did. And now he has established and he wants to marry me who is a stung catholic and he said I have to follow him to his church of which I refused cos am bigoted in my believe a charismatic I told him that I can't be happy elsewhere apart from my church instead he should continue in his own and even when kids come he could take them along and he still maintains I follow him.
My breath en to tell u the truth I have tried oher churches out ther I don't seem to be happy there is in only my church as a prayer warrior I found true happiness to cut the whole story short am forced to quit the marriage pls a need your candid advice here
I am not religious but spiritual. If you are spiritually connected to your Creator...you will be happy wherever you lay your head. It isn't the church in itself but it is your mentality of where you find your happiness.

You are comfortable with your church and that is okay. Most people who are brainwashed tend to stay where they feel guided and comforted but again....a religion is a religion. If you believe yours is what is right then by all means stand true to what you feel is right otherwise you wouldn't have doubts nor questions.

Let me give you a simple analogy....a baseball team have two coaches and these coaches have different views of how the team will play or win. One coach is favorable to blue idea and believe that the team should focus on school first before sports and the second coach is favorable to red and believe that the team should focus on partying and having fun before sports. One day the team had a game with the best team in the whole region and instead of the coaches combing ideas that can strengthen the team and preparing them for the battle...the team played according to both mentality and lost.

You asked for honesty.

Good luck.

MRbrownJAY: The fact that I wrote that she will never cheat on "anyone again" should have been the hint that she will obviously be dropped....... I could simply leave her but then she may be stoopid enough to believe that she cand do it again with some other brotha (so my actions will save the next brotha that dates this gal)
If it was a direct hint..I wouldn't have asked that question. undecided Why would you waste that much energy on someone you have no intention on staying with after they cheated on youhuh

Why not simply let her go and throw her a deuce?

If my husband cheats...that is adultery. I have a choice to leave or stay with him. There is no need for him to cheat....simply say you are done and we can mutually go our separate ways. I do not believe in being with someone that doesn't want to be with me and if he wants out...I would simply give him a great big hug and say thanks for what it was worth. I would simply wish him well and move on.

What is done is done is done. No need crying nor destroying the town over spoiled milk.

After I'm done with her, she will never dream of cheating on anyone again.
And why would you stay with her after doing all that? huh undecided

i am not saying gals are dogs...i love dem..

don't quote me wrong abeg
Just because a woman is a virgin and has her hymen doesn't mean she isn't a hoe. There are virgin hoes that uses their mouth, anus, and hands to prostitute themselves.

Be careful a virgin ho will end up training YOU.

bennyraz: Loveletters.. it will be like the guys should write their love letters and the ladies would be the judge.. the ladies should write theirs and the guys would be the judge
Why would one write a personal letter on a WORLD WIDE FACELESS FORUMhuh I think that is too personal and there are better games that aren't personal.

A person can write a poem that is open for anyone to vote/judge instead of a love letter. But then again...the writing section have some threads similar to that already.
RomanceRe: Ideas For The Romance Section. by MrsChima1(f): 9:12pm On Sep 30, 2012
Hmm.

Since we all are on different levels and stages in our relationships....topic of such should be vary however...I am about tired of seeing random threads that is bothersome. For example, Such Woman Dating a Nigerian Man...what should I do? I mean reallyhuh

Here is another one...what should I wear to the movies? huh This is a romance section and those who are not in relationships can benefit from knowing what relationships is about for those who are in them. Not necessarily marriage but if you are shacking like couples...you are in a relationship.

Maybe for the bored....dating games, general trivia about relationship or dating, couple feud ( similar to Family feud), and Prom Queen and King, Couple of the Month, and etc.

Informational threads should be encourage about the truth of relationship and what is "current" because I know there are some people who have NO IDEA on how to establish and maintain a healthy relationship with someone.

I can go on but that is my nickel for the moment.

ikekings: Ok... I guess i will be on the look out for ”chubby“ ladies with nice curves... You know what i mean...
You are looking for "thick" women. Chubby women are average sized women with extra sides. I have seen chubby women who are pretty and looks good in their clothes. So it is all about size, weight, height, and stature that make a person look the way they are.

You are Igbo...most Igbo men like "thick" women. All the Igbo men I know have wives/girlfriend that is "thick" or "pleasantly chubby". My husband doesn't like when I wear certain sundresses because it hugs in the right place and he doesn't want men to see his gifts. wink

I love pedicures and my feet/legs are to die for! I wear sundresses and sandals/flip flops to show them off.....I know off topic but I looooove my feet and legs!! grin grin grin

ikekings: There is nothing wrong with ”chubby“ ladies.... Although i have never been with one... ”CHUBBY“ ladies have protruding stomach right?
@post no matter how ugly or fat a lady looks she must be getting the attention of some guys... Like they say ”another man's food is another man's poison“... That some of the guys you met always get attracted to your friends, does not mean you do not have a secret admirer...
But, 1st you have to love your body ”feel fly“ always. You are a lady... Don't act timid because you are chubby...
Secondly, you have to ”dress to kill“... At least your mode of dressing will make some guys to be attracted to you... E.g: me(i get attracted to ladies that dress to kill) no matter how ”ugly“ she is... That attraction must be there before considering the facial or body structure of the lady...
Thirdly, if you don't like the way you look... You can then hit the ”gym“ and control the way you eat and avoid ”junk foods“... Constant exercise will do it... You will not notice the changes immediately... But, with “time“ and how ”zealous“ you are... You, will start seeing the changes....

Note: that i feel attracted to ladies that ”dress to kill“ does not mean i will get attracted to ”OROBO“ ooo....#just saying...
By the way, this your username is very funny....
No...fat/obese women have protruding stomachs. I have never seen chubby women that looks like the old Jennifer Hudson with big stomachs....it is usually the obese ones that have big stomachs.

Pregnant women do not count. wink
CultureRe: African Stereotypes by MrsChima1(f): 2:12pm On Sep 30, 2012
Good point because I am certain there are stereotypes about Americans or the British being said and repeated by Africans in Africa who have never even met them, and go to those countries already conditioned to believe in those stereotypes.

It's a natural part of humanity and sometimes it's cool because it promotes education but at the same time, it's like when are we going to get it that "people are people" and at the end of they day "different places, same mentalities". wink
Yeah...I have noticed many individuals who may have never left their hometown will make statements that is hilarious and most times you can tell who traveled or sheltered.

I have read statements on this site about certain women...in particular "Western" women or women of color. I have heard some ignorant statements about other groups and I do not bother to "correct" because at the end of the day they will believe what theyw ant to believe. I have tried to correct stereotypes before and those who I have defended became just as ignorant.

So I don't feel sorry...I say oh well.
