Stop making excuses for them.....many people claim Nigerian men are the brightest of them all and can't seem to stay out of foreign prisons? Chei! Many of them know the difference between consensual touch and illegal touch. They make that choice to risk their lives over something criminal and they must accept the consequences of their actions.
