EVarn: Our NSA,DHQ are simply watching and laughing at the show your ministers are putting up.you guys are like amusing children crying for chocolate candy.of course, you shouldnt expect us to join you in bickering like kindagarten toddlers. SA is powerless in the grand scheme of things,we are simply watching your theatrics, observing your moves. That is very unusual of Nigeria that always jumps on the table whenever the name of SA comes into play. Very extraordinary indeed!!! |

I really don't know what is it that these Nigerians are refuting about SA mercenaries involvement in Nigerian war on terror. Nigeria could not wait for anyone's advice about recruiting SA mercenaries to train their army because pressure was mounting. They had to use whatever way possible, legal or illegal, to eradicate terror on their land. |

EVarn: your minister quoted a local rag, instead of intelligence report. when did your minister table the report before the AU?. Intelligence is respected and cannot be quoted haphazardly so as if it is some media house. The defence minister heard about the incidence and verified them and that's why she came out blazing together with minister of international relations. |

agaugust: Southie fools, every white man in Nigerian is a South African, including oil company expatriate European staff, Israeli, Russian, Ukrainian and other military contractors training Nigerian military on new weapons we just bought....those white men in Beegeagles photos of Antonov delivering brand new equipment to NAF are also South African mercenaries.....Fools, Southie Dumbo Domingo Fools . Your country has never up to so far stepped out to blow the air about this issue. That leaves a lot to be desired and we will conclude that it is true. |

EVarn: lol lol lolla lolla lol..i'm afriad that i'll have no choice but to laugh in bulgarian spanish. olongbo nla!,olongbo bogini..all you have are words, mere words.word this, word that, word put humpty dumpty back together again!. your obese turb of lard that you call a defense minister also heard 'word' from beeld.why is everyone hearing word?,why isnt there photographic or audiovisual evidence to support the 'word'. post real evidence to support your claims, instead of mere words. everything. Our defence minister cannot entertain hearsays. If she went on to present it before the AU summit there must have been some concrete information she discovered through secret services. Otherwise, she would have dismissed it as lies. Do you mean that she could ever confidently instruct the law enforcement to effect arrest on mercenaries if there had never been any mercenaries in Nigeria? Are you insinuating that our minister made up a story to deceive AU dignitaries with propaganda. Did you even ask yourself why Nigeria has remained mum and never even came out of the closet to defend themselves about such accusations? We are up to this day still waiting patiently for their response. Their silence on the matter leaves a lot to be desired. |

Henry120: There is an Insurgency in only 11 local government's of 774 in Nigeria.
We did not concede any part of Nigeria to terrorists. Why are you too dumb to understand this?
You only proved Link ZA was operational in the last days of that argument.
Like I always ask for, provide veritable evidence. If you cannot do this, your claim is dead on arrival. What proof do you exactly want sir? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 1:40pm On Feb 19, 2015 |
ThaVluit: My position on terrorists activities in the N.E hasn't changed.
That doesn't mean that BH has not taken and cannot take territory in Nigeria. The shame is in that BH has taken territory in Nigeria. That the military will not leave this alone is inconsequential.
There are no SA Contractors in Nigeria, this is a fact.
It's not a fact simply because you with that to be the case. You have no evidence to counter what has already been posted. The evidence says that there are South African mercenaries operating in Nigeria. SA intelligence has already proved it and gave that report to the ministry of defence whom has raised it before the AU summit. There is no time to dick and dive about it especially when there is a plethora of evidence before us. Our minister cannot disgrace herself so openly by divulging information about something which she was not tipped about, especially not before a respected body of AU. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 12:09pm On Feb 19, 2015 |
Henry120: Nigeria did not refute, the Airforce simply could not confirm. Understand the difference.
If asking for confirmation/ veritable evidence equals trolling, then there is something clearly wrong with you. Yet the media confirmed it. Your spokesman confirmed it inadvertently and moreover your military has no monopoly to confirm everything that has been going on in your country. |

EVarn: lol? i'm afraid your post makes no sense at all. yesterday you accused me of 'hiding' in south africa,i asked you to give proof but you ran away. today, you are back again accusing me of compromising my sanity,do you just write anything that suits your mood?. sorry to burst your bubbles monk, but you are just adding more insanity to the topic at hand. I never ran away, I asked if you are that important enough for Google to run after you to trace every step that you take. Was it necessary for me to substantiate my solid proof that you are indeed in SA. I was saying that because you are forever backwards as far as the current news in Nigeria is concerned. You always have to be updated with everything that entails Nigeria as if you have been living in another country far too long that you almost forgot about what you left behind. |

EVarn: lol.Yesterday, niger's president Issaofou, was boasting and preening, his mouth was running like peppersoup, claiming that: "..Nobody attacks niger with impunity...." well, niger has now been attacked, what will he do? that aside, there is no substantial evidence to support the preposterous claims that the nigerian airforce attacked innocent civilians in niger.the french,US and chad also have airforce bases around that area, why should anyone blame nigeria? someone claimed that he saw two green jets, but anyone can paint a couple of jets green in order to cause tension between we and our neighbours. why would we attack our neighbours?. As for nigerian airforce needing training,i hope you realise that our airforce have been flying thousands of sorties since last year july, and they havent hit any civilian target once, why would they begin now? I can't believe that you were trying to explain something constructively but instead you compromised your sanity as usual. There is almost nothing anyone can ever gain from anything you had ever tried to put your hands on by trying to elucidate. I even wonder how do you people pass your essays or have managed to pass them at school. I am saying this simply because you always reduce yourself to a straw explanations. |

stillchris: even the dumb dievult also did same till he realized he was just a foolish time waster. these south africans are just rib cracking i swear . It is simple, rather blame your media for leaking such vital information that you wouldn't like people to hear simply because you feel that it tampers the integrity of your military. There is nothing shameful if your military receives training and advice from SA mercenaries. If you feel that it should not had to be like that, then you have a problem. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:20am On Feb 19, 2015 |
Henry120: I'm very sure if those guys didn't have those Tavors, down the line, you would have claimed they are south-africans.
This was your game plan. So, what is so special about Tavors? A special force operator uses any kind of weapon, I don't know about those of Nigeria because seemingly according to your silly insinuation they are only restricted to a certain type of weapons and that limit them from being innovative. Ever since SA mercenaries operated outside the scope of the SA military they have learnt to use spectrum of weaponry throughout the governments they served. Your analogy is still very lame and not therefore conclusive. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:08am On Feb 19, 2015 |
Henry120: Not a single shred of evidence has been posted here. Until you can come up with any, i'm done with this topic. We gave proof and evidence through various citation that we quoted but instead you chose to deny and refute our statements without any source to counter out claim. You only deny because you only wish it was not so. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 9:06am On Feb 19, 2015 |
Henry120: There is no proof of so called "south-african contractors" in Nigeria.
The Nigerian military have denied it, same as the government of South-Africa.
You are confusing Afrikanners visting T.B joshua's churc The government of SA has never denied any invasion of Nigeria by SA mercenaries. It was all over SA news and they confirmed it and unless there is a cover up that is propagated by the two countries to downplay the whole thing for the good cause of relations between the two countries. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Msauza(m): 8:58am On Feb 19, 2015 |

Neall Ellies the "Gunship Ace" as he was fondly known, was a master of hind MI-24. He could fly it even more better than his Russian counterparts. He was the best in the world and was one of the pilots who operated hinds for Executive Outcomes and British private military firms. He passed on his skills to many young SA Executive Outcomes pilots and operatives.

agaugust: Those Southies are fools on nairaland, South African mercenaries have NEVER flown jet fighters in their lives. Where is their airbase in South Africa and the name of the jets they fly? Zima will allow racist era white ex-soldiers to operate private air force inside South Africa? Nobody flies a jet fighter in combat without standard qualifying pilot hours of practice on a yearly regular basis.
Nigeria is Alpha jet master of this world, even Germany and France that built Alpha jet cannot match us, NAF has used Alpha jet in combat for 25 years. The NAF Alpha jets of today are new upgrades with laser guided bombs and other PGM. F-7 jet cannot be flown without training in China, so how does a local Soweto based mercenary fly F-7 supersonic jet?
SA mercenaries are obsolete rifle men of 1980s era, how will they train Nigeria to operate BTR-4 IFV that is ultra modern and entered service around 2010 ? Missile armed drones, ATR-42 Surveyor ELINT aircraft, equipment that even today's SANDF does not have, how will 1980s old mercenary from Soweto teach Nigeria to use it?
Norinco LG-3 AGL, BVP M80 IFV, latest generation of sophisticated equipments that never existed in apartheid era, how does a mercenary of 1980 operate that, talk less of teaching another person to use it.
Nigeria is flying Mi-35 Hind E combat helicopter gunship 2014 latest version with FLIR/TV and advanced avionics that no Southie mercenary has ever seen in his life time....only Russia can train a user on Hind E....how does a rifle man mercenary train NAF on ultra modern equipment that even SAAF and SANDF does not have today 2015 ?
Chief those Nairaland Southies are the fools I said they are . Knowledge is power. Executive outcomes is made up of former fighter pilots, highly trained soldiers and special forces. Executive Outcomes used to own gunships particularly Hinds. They used them extensively in Sierra Leone and Indonesia. Most members of Executive Outcomes can fly helicopters and planes, they are well trained to e execute that. http://www.mercenary-wars.net/e-o/sukhoi-bomber.html |

http://www.sowetanlive.co.za/news/2015/01/27/sandf-unaware-of-soldiers-in-nigeria
. I do not deny that SANDF was unaware of the mercenaries until a white newspaper Beeld reported about it. SANDF does not keep track nor trace whereabouts of ex-soldiers. Most mercenaries are white and beeld being a white newspaper very close to them revealed the story. |
