Our villages are far better than Nigerian townships. I nearly loved the other day when one place was shown in Nigeria somewhere in Lagos and was referred to as a suburb. Wow! I nearly jumped out of my seat looking how that place was like compared to what we normally classify as a township. That place in South Africa would have been reduced to a mere ghetto still using bore holes and pits as sanitation.

Why is Nigeria so backward and primitive, even at this age and day they are still using the services of a gate man and the worst of all at their private household. In SA it is very seldom where you will see a mansion with a gate that is still operated in that manner, it is either you will see a remote controlled gate or security gate where you will have to use finger prints or password to gain an access.
