I was recently refused PPR based on the discrepancies that arouse from the employment in my previous TRV application not aligning with the employment in the recent PPR application.

So i want to apply for a study permit and I’m trying to corroborate all the error I had made in the past with proper documentation and alignment for all my previous work/activities in the last 10 years.

This is where my SOP and LOE comes in…

You will have to explain the source of the money. If it has been in your account, why don't you just wait and submit your application before fixing it?

Fixed deposit is not an escape route to avoid explanations for lump sums.

Yes, if the maturity date is near and not after the program start date and that the FD certificate states that it will be disbursed into your account at maturity and it carries your name.

So the plan is to fix the fund few days before submission and mature date would will be about 2-3 week before resumption … does that work?

Plus, a FD of 11m naira will suffice to acquire a study visa, right?

Do not fret, cos that's the new tracking interface.
Just watch out for 'application transferred to VAC' and 'application received by VAC' when they turn green, you should then receive your pickup mail from TLS

4 previous schenghen visas are positives. In my opinion, you should not use the funds meant for your business to sponsor your trip seeing tht your business accrding to you at this time is worth 1m. That’s small. And also because eco says the funds for business are meant for the running of the business.
What you can do is try to just beef up your personal funds a bit. Dont do money lodgement. If it means waiting for 1 extra month.
Otherwise u can give it a try but you surely need to have ties to prove to the ECO tht you are not a potential overstayer.
Not married, no kids, slightly poor financial assets could be negatives. So think hard. Do you have property, assets, investments or bonds/shares?

I might just have to beef up my account like you have stated plus I have a landed property, I can attach the deed.
For a 10 days trip, how much do you think I should have in my salary account to present to the ECO?

To be honest I can’t really say there’s are ties to Nigeria other than my business, I’m not married or anything but I’ve had 4 previous Schengen visas

4..Then during my own application I did self employment letter, personal I.d card and LIRS tax card...direct assessment card
5.Then I explained my previous refusal letter separately
6.Then i attached my personal saving account where I pay myself 200k monthly..
7.Then I also attach invoices of my business

Please can you break down what the travel itinerary means?
What was your salary account balance?
And did you submit your corporate account statement? If yes, what was the account balance?

Advise please!
I was refused a visitors visa in 2019 based on unknown source of funds
I want to reapply now and I intend to submit the following documents
1. Cac biz certificate
2. Biz acct statement with 1m balance
3. Reference letter from biz acct
4. Employment documents from my biz
5. Salary acct statement (250k monthly from biz acct)… with 700k balance
6. Letter from a supporting staff stating that I have access to funds in my biz acct OR Letter from my customer stating that I solely manage my biz with full access to anything that has to do with the biz.

Application would be in December, duration of the trip would be 14 days
What other supporting documents would I be needing and I also do know how to calculate my funds to align with the required funds to spend per day.

What was your statement balance?

I do Europe almost every year since the last 5years, just want try elsewhere but as it is, I’m just forget UK

Your refusal letter is similar to mine... UK ECOs are so so lazy, they won't go through the statement to read the transaction description or do a thorough job to check if truly your explanation for the source of funds tally with what is on your bank statements. They even used the same phrase "unknown sources" they used for me for you.

If you have more documents to proof the ECO wrong you can reapply cos that's what they really want (they want to chop double application fees). So don't waste your time complaining cos they won't reverse the decision rather they will suggest you reapply. They are after the application money.

If you are really seeking a vacation forget the UK, apply to European countries, South Africa or Latin America they will gladly give you visa with this your account balance. That's what I did. I don park UK for one side
