Surprisingly I'm facing the same delima as u, but I think i will go for the gionee s6s during this black Friday sales. My reason being, it's 3gb ram 32gb rom 4glte 1080p and with a fingerprint sensor but the downside to me is that it's an hybrid Sim.... Which I might overlook due to its 32gb rom. scared of doing xiaomi or umi or elephone or any other wonderful Chinese brand because of repairs in Nigeria or my location. I faced a serious issue with the wiko slide I'm using now and couldn't replace the screen that got bad after 2 months of purchase, I have been managing it since then as no one could fix it in ikom/calabar when I took it to Lagos they were saying it would cost 18k to fix. I would rather get a new phone than spend 18k on a phone that has seen no update since I got it. And 720p on a 5.5 inch screen is bland these days.

This plan that I have been using like mad for a year now, enjoying 7gb for 700 every weekend... Why will dey stop it nah! I have been trying since yesterday and it not working.... Damn! Application down

Has anyone used the UMI touch 4G, The specs online are sick! And it about the same price as the hot s. We should at least have gotten a 1080p screen

My slide 2 is non responsive on the right side of the screen and I also get random gestures from the top right of the screen. This is just 2 and a half months of usage. I contacted them on Twitter @wikonigeria, they Refered me to a tech guy in uyo, closest location to me, but he is no morE working there. So I'm stuck with a phone no one around me can fix as they claim the "touch" is Faulty and the parts are scarce.

Firstly an ATM can pay you fake note. It's the work of the ATM custodian to sort the cash and load the machine. If he put a paper...anything with the specifics of a Naira note, the machine would happily pay you.
If you even put a 200 Naira note in a cassette for N1000, the machine would still pay you that N200 as N1000. It's only a machine...programmed to dispense cash
...but then it could have been an oversight or outright fraud on the part of the ATM custodian.
The fact that the security man was your witness and the Operations Head still didn't reimburse you, that's the part I don't understand. That's where you have a case, not because you said you were paid a counterfeit note.
The thing you would understand is, if every tom, d*ck and harry walks into the bank everyday claiming shortage/mutilated or fake notes...and they reimburse all of them - I don't know what would have been the case of the bank/bankers by now.

You just said my mind. Banking in Nigeria has advanced and the pressure on ATMs have quadrupled. so also the rate of error while loading the machines as some custodians might load and sort milions of cash daily hence counterfeit might slip through.
the way the issue was handled was the main crux here. once the operatioons manager was able to confirm that you actually did the withdrawal in his machine, he should have replaced it and make the customer happy while the matter is investigeted in house and prevent aggravation. since you didnt leave and then return later to make the claim

I must say, both of them did a good job.

Let me do a little review on them. Not like other reviews. This just focuses on the features u don't see online.

For Infinix zero over Phantom z
- the 13mp camera surprisingly does a better job taking indoor pictures with little or no setting required.
-gorilla glass on the front and behind gives a more secure feeling on d infinix zero, while the tecno feels lighter
-two speakers at the bottom give a slightly better sound than the phantom z
-Screen view adapts better under sunlight
-Infinix kind of has a while underlying background under settings/call screen but phantom is black, both nice tho

For Phantom Z over Infinix Zero
-resolution is better
-larger battery capacity on paper, but tecno was able to steal (or convert :d) different features from blackberry, Samsung and LG to help the battery last.
-knock to lock and unlock screen feature (from lg)
-notification pad that lights up like a track pad from bb9900
-power saver mode that changes your screen to black and white to save power, similar like what's on S5
-Gestures, u can draw geatures on the screen when its asleep to wake it directy into specific apps, unfortunately, its only music, camera and whatsapp app
-Gestures on the dial pad to automatically call contacts that have been assigned the gesture
-lift to call, while in contacts, lifting the phone to your ear automatically calls the contact u are looking at
-32gb they claim is actually partitioned, 8gb for apps, 16gb for local storage and 8gb for system storage
-Android version is actually more fanciful than that on the infinix zero, both 4.4.2 but infinix zero feels like 4.2 to me
-finally, u get a smart pouch (calls can be answered from the screen of d pouch) and a 5000mah power bank

Phantom z has a lot over the infinix zero but the price of the infinix justifies its features while I think tecno should cost a little less.

I would like a comparison between these 2 phones, Infinx Zero and Phantom Z from a user experience, i am actually torn between the two with the infinix gaining because of its price but if the phantom presents a better user experience then it would gain more points

i have seen different specs of the phantom z with some saying "no MMC slot" while others saying "MMC slot available" which is the true spec

Also is there a font changing option on either of them? i discovered i couldn't change fonts on a Tecno A+ i once used

The Phantom already has internal HDD space, battery capacity and camera quality over the infinix, but i'ld appreciate if the gurus in the house can determine if there's a difference in their processors
