makano: With this statistics, why still ask Nigerians for IELTS? We even have more English speakers than the countries asking us for IELTS.... IELTS is not mandatory neither is it required to confirm that you speak English. It's just a prerequisite for faster processing of your application. If you go through normal route you still have same chances of being approved. |

EmeeNaka: Who said Non- Vaccinated travellers would not need hotel stop over? It's a lie. Even if you are fully Vaccinated, you must book for the hotels and show the evidence at your point of entry, otherwise you will pay about $CAD 5000. The decision to or not be eligible for exemption is the prerogatives of the officers at the Point of Entry, it's not automatic.
^^^Sorry about this, I think I am not informed well on it. It is very true pls as it has just been announced. Kindly update yourself |

Ayindesegun10: Please in the questionnaire for Study Permit, the part of "Is work an essential component of your studies?", I chose "Yes", now they are asking me to upload evidence of work. And I don't know what documents to upload to prove that, or should I rather change it to "No"? Does your program have a CO-OP requirement? If not, Change the answer to NO |

mamatee2: Hello great people, So, I received my GCMS notes last night. Eligibility shows "Recommend Interview". My Eligibility review already started though. However, I see a lot of "FILE AND/OR APP TRANSFER" on my notes. Is this usually the case? Will this cause any form of delay? I'm thinking to send a webform/email to all these offices to ask for updates. Perhaps, it will nudge them to take a look at my file.
Please Gurus in the house, your responses will be greatly appreciated.
#May3 Applicant Have a look at the infor sharing section of your application, what does it say? |

Legacyedition: Please don't inform ircc for now. As at this minute, you do not have a valid LOA. Let them work with what they have which was valid as at the time of submission. Biko, Edakun. IRCC usually does verifications from the institutions so this can also be a dangerous move. |

Jerryjack022: You passed the eligibility Have you been refused US/UK/AUS/NZL visa before? If yes, hope is not due to fraudulent act? Because now, either they're waiting for the country immigration officer response base on why you were refused or response arrived already but not yet review...... You can check the status under info sharing page on your gcms note for details. I had similar experience on my note but later approved! Your own approval will come shortly Thanks for this info |

Gurus in the house GCMS notes just came in and I have two concerns. The eligibility section shows: recommend interview, while infor sharing shows: incomplete. What do these translate to considering the application is still in progress. |

Pls for those who allow other people make payments for their application. Pls just download barter by fluttwave and create a virtual dollar card. It's very easy and less risky. Pls there is no need to send money to anyone to make payments on your behalf. |

Teemenzo: Congratulations to everyone who received their PPR. Super glad for everyone. The Lord who did yours will answer everyome of us.
So this is my own progress story since i finished my long time deal with my so-called agent. I hustled to get two schools which i applied to. First was Cambrian College to study Animation, class starts by Jan 2022. Second is Fanshawe College, to study Construction Project Management, class starts by Jan 2022. I prefer the second one being a one year program to move me to Master's Program directly.
But i noticed that Fanshawe doesn't allow applicants from Nigeria to apply directly. So they sent a list of Agents affiliated to them for the admission. I selected Maple Education Canada for the application. I called them and they responded well. The online application was done this midnight, payment and acknowledgement was done this afternoon.
So fingers crossed, probably i will have to go and gather all necessary documents for the study visa application. So once the admission letter is sent, i move on with it and get it done in less than two days.
One question pls before submitting the application, can the medicals also ve uploaded along with it? Thank you Apply to Fanshawe through applyboard.com |

OmaJoe1: Good afternoon everyone,
Is abnormal Blood pressure a red flag in medicals? Kind of nervous in medicals.
Thanks in anticipation for an answer Not it's not. The Koko about medicals is for them to know if you are aware about any underlying conditions you may have and if you are seeking medical attention for it. It's a red flag if you have high bp and you are unaware. |
