Quick question. Does the SA e-visa have a fixed expiry timeline from the issue date? Because I have seen some people who have 1-month validity and some with 2-month validity, and so on. Also, Does one have to travel on the exact date that was inputted in the visa application form? Thank to anyone who can assist in addressing my concern.

Why not go to Ghana. You can reroute you BA ticket from Ghana to Canada. BA doesn't fly to Republic of Benin

Even after 100 spirit updates. Rejection fit still follow. It's 50/50 until the day you receive that email.

She applied for Visa since May, till date nothing. we have written them but they said its slow because of covid. Now they are at the verge of requesting that they return the passport "we no do again" a mail has been sent to the school for refund. Of recent, we have been having complaints of this particular Visa Officer (AH03849), of how he/she refuses applications for no just reasons.. I do not wanna believe this Visa Officer is all about refusals, so I want us to do our home work as regards his/her operation and it will take our cooperation here to achieve this..

Now, this goes to the applicants here that were approved, and this will be like a give back from you to the thread that has helped you get your Visa. Now please order for your GCMS notes and when its ready share with us on this thread, let us see if this is the same Visa Officer(AH03849) that approved your application or not...

With this, we will also know if this particular Visa Officer is in charge of Nigerian applicants.. I know the approved applicants will say what is the point of ordering my GCMS notes when I have already gotten my Visa, please note you are doing the good of this thread that has blessed you with so much information prior to the time you got your Visa..

Gurus please I want to ask if this is a refusal or not. In 2017 a person was issued to 2 years US visit visa and he used it and stayed in the US for 2 month and few weeks and came back to Nigeria before the visa expired. Coming back then Donald trump changed the rules that if you want to renew your us visa you must do an interview again, those who are familiar with this US stuff know that you don't need an interview to renew your visa but trump changed it then. So he went to renew the visa with an interview and the Vo told him that he won't renew the visa because one of his family over in the US is filling for a permanent stay for him and his family. So my question is, is this a refusal or not, do you put yes or no in the imm form if they ask if you have been refused before. The thing is kinda confusing

I don't believe there's anything confusing about it. It's an outright refusal. If you are not granted then you're refused.

Hi guys. For those who previously contacted an MP to make enquiry into an application. What did you do when they asked for an address and phone number?

This visa application is finally getting to me, submitted since the 8th of May and eligibility review started in May. Up until now it's been silence that's deafening, not even ghost update so at least on knows that there's something going on. IRCC nawa oo
