Allen Onyema's crime is that he didn't use fully licensed US aviation company to buy planes and aeroplane spare parts from the US, instead he registered an aviation company in The US using the said woman who doesn't have the necessary aviation operator license as the MD to make it easier for him to procure aeroplane spare parts in the US at local market price and then export them to Nigeria for Air peace thereby cutting down cost which will kind of shortchange US government in terms of tax. No be say Allen Onyema thief US money or defrauded any US man or woman or government. The $20million is Allen Onyema's money he sent to the US from Nigeria.


US government expected him to import aeropland and its spare parts directly from a fully licensed US aviation company. They are not happy he used a company he registered in the US as aviation company to make the purchases from US local market and then export it outside US without full aviation license.




That's the offense they are screaming fraud fraud, nonsense and US.
