There's currently an issue rocking a small private university called Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State. A student who graduated in 2014, was mobilized for service, given a call up letter and a notification of result is being told he has carryovers when he came for his transcript. The university is threatening to withdraw the his result because he is taking legal actions against them and they're telling him to withdraw the case.

Please what are the criteria involved in the withdrawal of a student's degree? The school is claiming that there's a law in the NUC law under the Act of 1999 that backs such. Please I'll love to hear from everyone and as a matter of fact those from the educational field. Mods front page pls.

This goes to show that an average Nigerian youth is unproductive and has absolutely nothing to offer. In a sane society this guy should have been invited for questioning if he actually wrote that on his instagram page. On the other hand, it could be a setup by an angry ex or someone else. Let's be careful before pronouncing judgement.

His university in Oghara is currently indicted in a court case with a former student. How will this man withstand all of this? This is too much for one man to bear.

Nobody should complain about what we are currently going through. Did PMB vote himself into office? Wasn't it the same Nigerians that wanted some stupid change? Now the change is here lets all enjoy it.

Sometimes I won't blame my dad for spending so much in order for me to school abroad. Even when I finished my studies, he ensured I stayed back. I never knew what he was trying to do until now. Nigeria is a wasted country.

There's a university currently indicted in a litigation against one of their students. This student was given final clearance by this same university, was mobilized for service, given statement of result and his results were approved by the senate. This student rounded off his service 2015 and went to the school last year to request year, only to be told he was having 12 carryovers. How was he cleared? How was he mobilized? How did senate approve his results? The school has already been summoned by the court as we speak.
