Crypto investors, I greet u all. Pls can someone explain binance staking to me? I was just playing with my app and I came across bnb vault, staking of different coins like matic, cake, ksm etc matic has a 43.29%, APY.what are d pros n cons of staking? I want to make an informed decision. If I stake a coin say matic and d coin is appreciating, can I opt out of d stake n what happens to d interest accrued before then.

SteveOfu:
Asset allocation involves dividing an investment portfolio among different asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, and cash. The process of determining which mix of assets to hold in your investment portfolio is a very individual. The asset allocation that works best for you at any given point in your life will depend your ability to tolerate risk & time horizon.

Time Horizon: The duration for which an investor intends to keep the money invested in the portfolio in order to achieve a particular financial goal..

Risk Tolerance: Risk tolerance is your ability and willingness to lose some or all of your original investment in exchange for greater potential returns.

Three types of investors:

Aggressive: This type of investor will want to maximise their return and is willing to accept a high amount of risk.

Moderate: This type of investor values higher long term returns and is willing to take moderate risk.

Conservative: This type of investor want modest income and capital growth with reasonable capital preservation.

Mumben, What type of investor are you?
To answer ur question, I am a moderate investor

Mom! I will advise you read from pg 1 atleast to get a better understanding of this market since you have time on your hands. DON'T trade anything yet until you are convinced you can trade.

Happy trading!
Thanks, I have been a silent follower of this thread, I av bn following from page 1 and that is what has ignited my interest in trading. My bro gifted me 102 units of doge when it was @$.38, I watched it grow to .71 and I didn't realize I should av sold it then. I am still holding though.

That's not how crypt0 works... You're much more likely to make a loss than profit if you approach it that way...
Day trading requires time, skill nd lots of oda things....
I remember advising some people earlier on this thread against day trading.... Most lost hugely and disappeared....

Before you start day trading in this market, it's advisable to have traded it for at least 2 years.
It's much easier to approach things from a higher time frame... You end up making and keeping more than most daytrading...

Also, crypt0 is best done as a passive investment with very clear targets of when and how you want to take profits
thanks, I appreciate

I’m a mom of two and the reason i started crypto trading is because i’m into tech and somehow got exposed to the business. I have a main business while i trade crypto by the side. Its not going to be easy. Sometimes your mood gets messed up by the market and you might not handle things properly at home.
Like they have said, for your peace of mind, set a daily target of 5-10%. Once you hit it, leave the market. If you don’t cash out any amount for one month, a daily target of 5% using $100 will give you a total of $432 (your capital inclusive).
A profit of $330 is N160,000. Cool money from just that small capital. Not easy but you can do it. Read, research, ask questions.

That’s my current trading style, so i can focus on my main business and have time for my family
Wow, I am motivated by ur experience, I shall give it a try. I am actually eyeing matic for now. Waiting for a dip to hop in

grin I am laughing because I am very sure they told you people are making millions in this market hence the need to be a full time trader.

The capital to start with is pocket dependent. $100 depends on the coin you invest in some coin can do 1345%, yeah, are you suprised? This is crypto the profit are abnormal and the losses are equally abnormal.

Read from page one to this current page, you will see valuable information which would guide you.

There is no need to re-invent the wheels when it comes to investment; simply do what wealthy people have successfully done over the years.

Determine your risk appetite and go for what works for you:
Low Risk = Treasury Bills, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Bonds...

Medium Risk = Real Estate Ownership, REITs...

High Risk = Stocks, Establish a business...

Super dangerous Risk= crypto...

One of my mentors always says: If you're too careful, you'll be careless!

Good afternoon
thank you

I laugh @ the bolded, it actually a business and as such should be treated as one.
Capital
Cost of data
Net profit

Capital $100
Profit $50
Total amount $150
Cost of Data $2
Net profit $148
You can decide to remove your capital ($100) and let your profit ($48) ride along or remove your profit ($48) and let your capital ($100) do the trading

Scalping daily can get you $10 (=N=5,000) if you know how to read RSI (please read about it or use YouTube).

In addition, have a plan or strategy

Know when to enter and exit the Market

Just like every other business, there are ups (abnormal profit) and down (great losses).

Don't be GREEDY $1 is a profit $.50 is a profit you didn't have it before.

Please, read, read, read, study, research and study since you want to be a full time trader
Thank you once again, u r too much.

You can target 5% to 10% or more daily profits on trade(s). That should give you the idea of capital you need to make it worthwhile.

Since you are still a novice, you can also join trade signal groups with verifiable track records. Free or paid.

Till you can begin to analyze the market yourself.

Thanks, I have gotten a clearer picture, with $100, I am good to go.

You should be able to figure this question out if you want to make it a full business.

1. Go on Babypips . com, learn all you can about technical analysis
2. Go to Binance Academy. Learn what they have there and indicators too.

Put money you can play with (consider it school fees) and start practicing what you're learning.

Once you're comfortable with small amounts and you're grounded then add more money and keep learning.
Thanks but u didn't answer my question on KCS.

like what n what? Pls elaborate. I need to get my hands on something and seeing that I am not cut out for biz, I believe this crypto suits my personality. I am not asking for too much, just a little profit here n there and am good. How much capital will make sense? I have a verified binance acct. Someone told me about kcs kucoin coins. Is it a solid coin?

Mine: Being a good terms with one's neighbour is good.

Sometimes, people will only change when you show them you have principles.

Man'll be the last to come back late and leave the gate unlocked, only to lock his door. Mehn
I'll always have to go and lock it..even when he knows my apartment has its separate gate from the main. It began to make me feel if man taught I was being paid to lock the gate.

Irritating mehn.

It's a trivial issue though.

How about you?
Some neighbours Sha, once had a neighbor like that. He is always d last to come in but will always forget to lock d gate. It was my husband and the other neighbor who is a policeman that always made sure to lock d gate.
Sometimes, he will call and demand that d gate b left open as he will come home late only for us to check by maybe 12-1am and discover d gate is still open and he didn't come home eventually. Some neighbours are terrible

Excellent idea.
You can learn handiwork. Locking hair gives lots of cash. Though I dont know where you live. Gives more money than braiding, weaving etc.

There is one thing you have to know, self pity kills,it destroys ideas and makes one extremely lazy so I'm not gonna pity you but tell you to stop pitying yourself and use your brain. Don't ever neglect any small beginning.
That's how billionaires emerged.

This poster here passed through hell( don't think anybody my age would have survived those yrs) but I live to tell the story. So you should live to tell your story. Most importantly, know your worth, think your worth and you will attract your worth. That's the law of nature( very few apply that), you keep on looking for self pity, you will attract circumstances that demands that.
So you are what you attract and listen, there is nothing spiritual happening to you. Stuffs happen to people all over the world. If you can comfortably use the internet, then you are limiting yourself and have yourself alone to blame. If you give out positive vibes, it will surround your husband. So far you give out negative vibe( e.g. self pity) and it's affecting you both.

Introverts are the best brains in the world. Make use of your gift.
Thank you
