If he is still coping with his family and living well but just unable to develop the land.... There is no problem if he has children and are growing definitely it's an asset he has its a leverage. So he should just live his normal life his children can develop it if things don't fall in place.

But hopefully I suggest don't sell that land.

Firstly I can manage 350k for roofing, although not a flamboyant roofing but a neat and presentable one.
Secondly on my side I think the blocks are not reliable my reason is that it has been exposed to our harsh weather for too long (rain and sun). And if properly manage by an experience engineer things might go wrong eventually later( like crack walls or tears at the wall.
Also the blocks use for completing the work and the weight of the roof can collapse the building in the near future.

Work still in progress was charged #42000 for the aluminum windows and net inclusive.already did two for 20k.
For the full building I have six standard windows and a kitchen and bathroom window making a total of 8windows for #62000.
Also we resume plastering today 16th April 2020 amidst covid19 and the frames of the aluminum will be fixed today.

I made kunu this evening, after i had pour my hot water into the grinded dawa and it had form the paste , i then added my blended dankali (sweet potatoe- it was just dry potatoes i grinded with out siro(rice)) and stirred.

When it got cool, i seived, but the output was still thick, and i dont like it this way.

Pls how can i make it non viscous, for it to be just like water without that viscocity?

Help ooo, cant let it waste, i did a full module so i have to remedy it.

I await responses from the experts.
