Try to air your baby's bum for 30mins-1hr daily.
Make sure diaper is changed as soon as it gets soiled i.e. dont leave it on for too long.
Make use of baby tribotan for the rash.
Instead of agnesia powder, i will suggest diaper/barrier creams such as sudocrem, zin&castor oil, blue seal vaseline and the likes

cc. Mumifortune

Thank you ma, am so grateful.

However permit me to ask this question here- pls what would you suggest in treating catarrh for a 15weeks old baby?

I have heard that too and there might be some truth in it. Even as a teenager then, my mum scolded me for tying wrappers a lot at home that it would sag my breast.

See!!!

All the more reason to use a carrier.

Hello Nairalanders,

This topic has always been a controversy. Some weeks back I had my baby in the carrier as I was walking down the road and one woman(looks like in her 50s) shouted from a car that I was punishing my baby and I should back her.
My older neighbour has asked if I am a kangaroo.
Please is backing the standard? Do you ladies back or use a carrier? What is your take on this?

I use to back my baby but will start using carrier, someone told me backing baby sags the breast and people around me too like forming effizy as if backing baby is old school "village style". Meanwhile the important thing is to do whatever is comfortable and convenient for u and baby.

Thanks for the reply ma.... Wish I knew what I am eating that's causing it so I can reduce it... Definitely not beans.
I'll do as you have said.
check your swallow food like semo, eba, pounded yam, it needs to be soft . Since you are on exclusive you can't give him water, it aid bowel movement.

He has itching gums, seems he is preparing for teething earlier than expected. You can get him a pacifier (put the sucker in fridge to make it cold) and let him suck on it that's what I did to stop my dd from sucking her fingers and it will also help to calm the sore itching gums.

Family / Woman Sells Her Pant, Makes #28 Million A Year. by Mumifortune: 6:59am On Jan 02, 2019
Raven Nix and her cat
A woman has revealed she earns around £60,000 (about N28m) a year selling her worn pants and uses the money to look after stray cats, who visit her home.
Raven Nix, 33, from Bristol, sells her worn undies for £20 (about N9,200) a time and also cashes in by selling pots of urine and raunchy videos to strangers online, according to odditycentral.com.
She also makes cash from ‘money slaves’, who deposit cash in her account for no reason and enjoy the humiliation of being ignored by her.
The animal lover, who once sold two thongs for £250 (about N115,000), said that rather than splashing out on a lavish lifestyle, she uses the money to pay for vet’s bills and pet food as she can’t resist helping stray cats.
Nix said, “Before I did this if there was an animal that needed me, I’d have to think about whether I could afford it – then I found out I could sell my underwear.
“I’ve got four cats that live in my house, another that lives outside and there are feral ones that come around so I can feed them.

“There are 11 in total that come to get fed. I’ve also got a bunny.
“I just take them in. I live on my own and I love them. I’m a real cat lady. I can’t resist helping an animal if I see that it’s in need.”
Her family and partner aren’t bothered about it either.
“My aunty thinks it’s a brilliant way to make money and my fella (man) is fine with it. He says if someone wanted to pay for his boxers, he’d definitely do it.”
Explaining how she got started with her enterprise, she said, “Someone messaged me asking if they could buy a pair of underwear. I thought ‘that’s disgusting’ but then I spoke to a friend who said there was a market for it. I thought this could be something I could do.
“It went from there. I sold a dirty pant for £20 and lots more inboxed me with requests.
“I buy them in bulk from supermarkets, £8 (about N4,000) for five pairs, and wear them. Some people have particular requests.
“I once sold two pants for £250. He wanted me to wear them for a week. I showered but would put them on for an hour here and there. It makes you wonder what they do with them.
“I get £40 (about N18,500) every Friday for a week’s worth of pee. People will bid on it – I once made £250 selling one of those sample plastic containers,” she said.

Phew It's been a while!

vigilante is real, old me(before giving birth) use to think it's like vigil or allnite whereby you are awake at night and sleep during the day....mba oh...vigilante is surviving on little or no sleep at all.
No compensating for the lack of night sleep during the
daytime.

But the good thing is that only one look at my baby's face and her cute innocent smile is a big enough reward and motivation for me to press on. smiley

Congratulation to all mamas dropping it like its hot, nothing shall cast our young, our offspring shall continually be source of joy to us and safe delivery to all our bumpy mamas with mother and baby alive and plenty money in Dady's account. Twins and triplets fall on all our fruitful mamas in 2019 in Jesus name. Amen

And my baby is having colic. She is feeling discomfort especially when she takes the Formular milk.

Welcome Mama. Please confirm at the hospital the values so that you'll know if it's something that can be managed at home or not.

Tested home remedy that I know of.. Get unripe pawpaw, wash thoroughly, slice with the back & add drinking water to it.. Let it steep in the water for a while. start drinking it like a cup three times daily.. you can drop a little quantity in your baby's mouth too like twice a day.. it should clear off in no time.

clear off any yellow coloured item from within reach..
All the best.
I will try that..... Thanks ma'am

So until yesterday, I thought I was strong enough to withstand whatsoever comes my way.

Nothing prepared me for this shock of losing my dad this soon.

He left us yesterday, now it's all pain and grief.

I've cried, wailed, I've prayed... Still in shock.

Don't know how to get this in.

My dad is the loviest of all. Why did he have to leave so soon?

So many questions...

What do I do now

Rest easy daddy. You know we love you endlessly. God loves you more no doubt.

embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed cry cry

To be honest with you my sister, is a very grevious pain. U will carry this pain all ur life but the passage of time make it less grevious , that's what people say anyway.
