What I've noticed when the white people cook is that they hardly use commercial seasoning, instead they create a broth with ingredients chicken/beef or bones/vegetable with spices like onions, ginger, garlic, leeks and the likes.
Even when they season their meat, it is with mainly salt and pepper.
