It's a long thread but please read to the end.

I dated this girl when I was kind of younger around 19-20 years while we were still dating she travelled out of Nigeria (to Libya) without informing me, infact without informing any of her family members according to what I found out. After like Three years I, got her message on Facebook requesting for my number (I was in the University then) I gave her the number and we started chatting.

She pleaded that I should forgive her that she still loved me and all. We got along real good because she really changed, more matured and fresh. The girl I was dating in school then got to know and we had issues. The girl picked her number and called her to leave me alone but instead of living me alone she blasted the girl and even involved one of her friends then they insulted the girl and told her that she met me first and the girl should leave me alone.
She was working and was always sending me money then and promised to come home soon.

She also confessed to me that she had a baby for one guy there but they were not married.
To cut it short she came to Nigeria around 2018 and brought many things for me and we continue our bleeping spree. (I got an STD through her then). Then I had to go for service (NYSC) in 2019 we were apart again, unfortunately while I was serving I got to know from her close friend that that she was cheating (the friend wanted me too) Infact I was told that she was constantly sleeping in the guy's house.

I told her on phone that I knew about how she was cheating, she begged and ask me to forgive her (that was 2019).

Fast forward after service I stayed back in Abuja because I got a job. To cut it short I got to know that she was pregnant for another guy in Nigeria, she hid it for me, she wouldn't send me her full pictures but she later told me when it was obvious she couldn't hide it no more, infact the guy wanted to marry her, she told me she wasn't going to marry the guy that the pregnancy was just a mistake, I personally convinced her to stay with the guy since she told me herself that the guy liked her so much and was taking care of her and her first baby.
Then this girl said she would stay with him on the condition that I would still be dating her. I was shocked and surprised I refused and told her that I will never be involved in such an illicit affair.

While this girl was heavily pregnant she was sending nude pictures and was constantly begging me that we should continue having sex, it continued till early 2021 even after the guy engaged her, I refused I blocked her on Facebook where she was sending the nudes to, she started sending it to my WhatsApp and I blocked her there too.

Now she has given birth and I am presently In the state where she resides with her husband, (that's where I am from too) I don't know how she found out that I am around and she has been calling me still begging for sex.

I wanted to report her to her brother and sister who were aware of our relationship back then but a friend asked me not to report her, infact some of them are telling me to give her what she wants (the bad guys that I have) Lol
I have warned her to desist from making such request but she is still requesting to just see my face, as at 2 days ago she was still begging to see me, I told her I was going back to my base yesterday maybe that's why she hasn't called me yet.

I am a young man of 28 years and one of the vow I have vowed is never to sleep with another man's wife except I am not aware that she is married.

I can snatch careless men girlfriends but not to sleep with another man's wife or fiancee.

I fear karma.

I am sharing this to tell men to be very careful with the kind of women they call wife.
Her attitude makes me have phobia for marriage I swear.

A married young lady with a loving husband still begging an ex for sex is too bad and I feel sad for her husband who might be beating his chest that his wife will never cheat on him.

Assume you are Sam and you have a fish and chicken grilling business idea after working in a bar for many years.

Because you do not have money, you decide to approach a buddy of yours, explaining the details and nitty gritty of the business viz a viz capital and earning and he buys into it. He might have an idea about it but he certainly need Sam idea, knowledge, expertise and day to day presence in the business. While Billy comes around with hands in his pocket watching and cashing out like someone who put his money in MBA forex.

I won't call Sam request greed, neither will I see Billy as a wicked person. They need to work things out themselves * For me 80/20 Equity is fair since Sam don't have money,
* Profit 59/41 is also fair.
* The running cost is something Billy need to look into else Sam will inflate and use it to zap the profit and channel the money to set up his own business and abandone Billy&Sam Enterprise since his capital is just 20%.

Reccommendation
1. Let Billy employ a secretary or worker that he can have daily update of the place and provide Billys presence since Sam is feeling cheated by working alone. The worker will be Billys eye provide he/she is not compromised by Sam.
2. Install CCTV to record activities and how running cost are generated and managed.
3. From Sam's estimated short and long time revenue earning, estimated when Billy can recoop returns on his investment and profit then sign an agreement that no one pulls with that number of years add additional plus one year to ensure Sam don't wreck the business and abandone it with that period. Who ever choose to pull out forfeit business premises and cash in the bank.
4. Run a joint account and ensure are transaction are to be made with the account. Running and maintenance can be withdrawn when their is mutual agreement but profit must not be touch until the end of your financial year as agreed by both of you.

A typical Nigerian man will agree to your terms, wreck the business and open his own business.

Finally if billy can
1. 80/20 Equity is okay
2. 50/50 profit is manageable considering his input
3. Running cost should be shared 70/30 Billy/Sam, the more financially committed Sam gets the more he will be committed to grow the business.
4. The should be a time frame to re-invest some of Sam profit into the business to raise his equity to 80% of billy or refund billy 30% so when bully is presence to support the business 100% they can comfortably share 50/50 of the profit without referring to using the original equity percentage to adjust the profit in favour of Billy when Billy has understand the nitty gritty of the business which will bring disagreement
5. Lastly, their should be next of kin which will take over each others share in case anyone dies.

Advice to Billy
Because how you go into and manage joint business with people because many has been waste and sent to early grave because of revenue from joint business.

You are very lucky. My case is a very pathetic one. I finished secondary school in 2002, gained admission in 2009 all to drop out at 400 level (final year). I figured everything was wrong with me but I was alone in the struggle cause by then, I've become an orphan. So I went to one C&S church and dumped myself there for 5 years. The entire church would pray for me and myself too would pray for myself althrough the 5 years until the unexpected was revealed. 'Buyer Beware' is a popular caveat used to warn buyers of the risk of getting into a transaction and that is the essence of this post. To warn unsuspecting victims of what they stand the risk of experiencing with ONE LOGISTICS Company, run by a certain Omure and situated in Lagos State.


My First unfortunate experience with them was when I made prior arrangements a day before for them to deliver an item to a customer the next day. The package was not delivered that day and it cost me a Sale, and not just that, I had to spend close to 10,000 naira to reroute those packages.

This wasn't even what got me really upset. It was the fact that the woman who runs said company neither offered an apology nor acknowledged responsibility for not delivering a service I'd already paid for, thus costing me money.


I decided to look past it as at the time I considered it trivial and one of the downsides of doing business until it happened again. This time she was to drop off a package with a customer which was a Payment on delivery service. Prior to that, she had told me she didn't offer payment on delivery and I requested for a location so that I would send another logistics service who offered the option of accepting payment on delivery to pick it up. But then she said she was going to do the drop-off.


Then I instructed her not to hand over the package until I confirmed receipt of payment. I overemphasized this particular instruction on the phone, via text and even via voice-note on Whatsapp. She acknowledged that she got the message and assured me that she would do just that. She also insisted I paid before the delivery which was unusual but which I did.


I waited all day but I never heard from them. Only for me to call later that evening to ask if the delivery had been made and she said yes. I was surprised because I never got any call to confirm payment neither did I receive a credit alert. I called the Customer who then told me that he had returned the item.


They not only handed over my package to the customer without payment but allowed him to open the package, do whatever he pleased with it and return.
The woman never apologized to me for what happened but just like the first time she was very determined to shift blame from herself. Not only that, she ignored subsequent messages on whatsapp and when I asked for pictures so I could ascertain the state of the item and the packaging itself, she sent me a picture that desperately tried to hide the terrible state of the packaging. The pack had been compressed and was now looking rough from over-handling.


The worst part was she never apologized and just ignored my messages. It's apparent that this company has a TERRIBLE after-sale Customer service which is a very important part of any business especially in the event that something goes wrong.
I'm posting this so as to warn other members of the public to use their services at your own risk and annoyance.
