So professionals that peg the age of adulthood and consent at 18 are stupid with their research? How about young boys that develop beards and sperm at 12-14 years? Do these natural occurrences make them adults too?

No. All legal representation of parties to any case understand the rules of evidence and the requirements for proving an offence. Statutorily, the burden of proof of guilt is on the prosecution that accuses the defendant. When, in the opinion of the defendant, the prosecution has not provided sufficient proof to tie the defendant to the crime, they reserve the right to tell the court that there is no case to answer. It is not a question of being a judge in its own cause.

That is simple practice and procedure and if the court finds that d defendant counsel deliberately wasted the time of the court, it can award costs against him.

PMB spent 500b and as at today we have 8000megawatts reading on the national grid within less than 4 years. That's an additional 5000megawatts from that 500b spent.

Now they are working on distribution which is the key part of power supply to end users.
