Because They Are Undecisive |
Indeed, there is not a single verse in the entire Bible where Jesus claimed divinity to himself. He was only a mediator between God and Man. 1st Timothy 2:5 reads "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. If Jesus had no father and this makes him the son of God, then, Adam must be the greatest and most qualified to be the son of God. This is because Adam had no mother and father. Then, how do we qualify Biblical Melchiz'edek who according to Hebrew,7:1-3, has no father, no mother, no genealogy, no beginning of days and no end of life. In Islam, Holy Spirit refers to Angel Gabriel (Qur'an19:16-22 & 3:45). The word spirit (Rooh' in arabic) also refers to a soul (Qur'an 38:71-72). Thus, when God decided to create Jesus in the womb of Mary, He sent Angel Gabriel to breath the spirit (soul) of Jesus into her. (Qur'an 3:45 & 66:12). Bear in mind that, Adam also became a living being when the spirit (soul) from God was breathed into him as mentioned in Qur'an 38:71-72. The same applies to all the descendant of Adam. God creates Adam without a father and a mother, creates Jesus with a mother, but, no father, creates the rest of mankind with fathers and mothers. In all these modes of creation, specific spirits (souls) are breathed for human to become life or living. This is to make manifest to mankind, the creative power of God. He creates what He wants and how He likes. Instead of them (Christians and the likes) glorifying God for His creative power, they rather resort to worshipping and glorifying what was created. This is indeed the greatest injustice !! Yes, Jesus came into an existence as a result of a command from God with the word "Be!" - and he was". This same command brings everything into existence. If he wishes to create anything, He will just command "Be" and it will be. Allah says in Qur'an 3:59: "Verily the likeness of Jesus in the sight of Allah is the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust then, said to him: "Be!"- and he was". How can one who was created become the creator! Allah also says in Qur'an 36:82: "Verily, His (Allah's) command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!"- and it is". The word is therefore the creative command from Allah which brought everything into existence including Jesus. |

true2god:Abu Jafar Ar-Razi said that Ar-Rabi bin Anas said that Abu Al-Aliyah commented on what Allah said: (And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you), "This was the first Ayah about fighting that was revealed in Al-Madinah. Ever since it was revealed, Allah's Messenger used to fight only those who fought him and avoid non-combatants. Later, Surah Bara'h was revealed.'' Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said similarly, then he said that; this was later abrogated by the Ayah: (then kill them wherever you find them), (9:5). However, this statement is not plausible, because Allah's statement: (...those who fight you) applies only to fighting the enemies who are engaged in fighting Islam and its people. So the Ayah means, `Fight those who fight you', just as Allah said in another Ayah: (...and fight against the Mushrikin collectively as they fight against you collectively), (9:36). This is why Allah said later in the Ayah: (And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out), meaning, `Your energy should be spent on fighting them, just as their energy is spent on fighting you, and on expelling them from the areas from which they have expelled you, as a law of equality in punishment.' Al-Bukhari recorded that Nafi said that; two men came to Ibn Umar during the conflict of Ibn Az-Zubayr and said to him, "The people have fallen into shortcomings and you are the son of Umar and the Prophet's Companion. Hence, what prevents you from going out?'' He said, "What prevents me is that Allah has for bidden shedding the blood of my (Muslim) brother.'' They said, "Did not Allah say: (And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah)!'' He said, "We did fight until there was no more Fitnah and the religion became for Allah Alone. You want to fight until there is Fitnah and the religion becomes for other than Allah!'' Uthman bin Salih added that; a man came to Ibn Umar and asked him, "O Abu Abdur-Rahman! What made you perform Hajj one year and Umrah another year and abandon Jihad in the cause of Allah, although you know how much He has encouraged performing it!'' He said, "O my nephew! Islam is built on five (pillars): o believing in Allah and His Messenger, o the five daily prayers, o fasting Ramadan, o paying the Zakah and o performing Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House.'' They said, "O Abu Abdur-Rahman! Did you not hear what Allah said in His Book: And if two parties (or groups) among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both. But if one of them outrages against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which outrages till it complies with the command of Allah. (49:9) and, (And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief). He said, "That we did during the time of Allah's Messenger when Islam was still weak and (the Muslim) man used to face trials in his religion, such as killing or torture. When Islam became stronger (and apparent), there was no more Fitnah.'' |

Immediate past Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has offered to refund the sum of $250 million dollars to the Nigerian government in return for immunity from further investigation and possible prosecution, SaharaReporters has learned. However, her overture has reportedly received a cold response from President Muhammadu Buhari. A source in Aso Rock and a ranking member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) told our correspondent that the former minister has been reaching out to influential government and ruling party officials, in and outside Abuja, to prevail on President Buhari to accept her offer and let bygones be bygone. According to our sources, Mrs. Alison-Madueke had enlisted the support of several figures close to Mr. Buhari, including Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State, to intercede with the incumbent president. Mrs. Alison-Madueke was one of the closest ministers to former President Goodluck Jonathan, and is reputed to have anchored and facilitated numerous money-laundering scandals and deals that characterized the era of the just-ended Jonathan administration. The former Petroleum Minister oversaw several oil swap deals, the disposition of oil wells handed over by Shell Petroleum to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and the direct looting of funds through the NNPC. Former Central Bank Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, was forced out of office after he revealed that the NNPC had failed to remit more than $20 billion in oil revenues with the CBN. The former Petroleum Minister is the latest of several officials who served under Mr. Jonathan’s government that are currently negotiating “soft landing deals” with the Buhari administration. The incumbent president, who was sworn in on May 29, 2015, has vowed to probe various questionable financial actions taken by his successor or officials of his government. Mr. Buhari is reportedly determined to recover billions of dollars in stolen funds. One source said Mrs. Alison-Madueke’s latest offer to refund at least $250 million to the government came after she learned that President Buhari’s scheduled meeting with US Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, would include a discussion of ways that the US government could facilitate the investigation, arrest and prosecution of some officials of the Jonathan administration implicated in the theft of billions of dollars and a variety of frauds that resulted in the loss of significant sums of public funds in Nigeria. SaharaReporters exclusively reported earlier in the week that the former Minister of Finance and the Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has been cooperating with the Buhari administration’s ongoing, if quiet, probe of a series of questionable financial transactions by the Jonathan administration. Our sources revealed that Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala had given the Buhari administration documents that expose a number of shady financial deals executed by the Jonathan administration. Two days ago, we reported that former Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Emeka Anyaoku, had appealed to Mr. Buhari to halt the ongoing probe of former President Jonathan’s administration. Even though Mr. Anyaoku has denied that he urged Mr. Buhari to stop the investigation of his predecessor’s financial dealings, our sources insisted that the ex-Commonwealth chief executive brought up the matter. Our sources disclosed that Mr. Buhari was unimpressed by Mrs. Alison-Madueke’s offer. “Mr. President considers the $250 million as ridiculous considering the amount of money Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke is suspected to have diverted into her pocket and those of others,” said one source. According to our sources, Mr. Buhari is intent on ordering a full audit of deals and transactions done by the former Petroleum Minister and her cohorts in the various agencies that reported to her. http://saharareporters.com/2015/07/18/buhari-turns-down-former-petroleum-minister-alison-madueke-offer-refund-250-million |
