It's a mind set thing actually resident in individuals.
The soonest a populace understand it's ills and dangers, the better they scheme out ways to permanently avoid it.

Every girl in the first instance has her own uniqueness in her.aside looks and manners...
it could range from the ways she talk, her voice, how she walks, blinks and her intellect towards responding to situations.
Uniqueness here is relative.

He did not fail in 9 months. U never voted for him. U are not in position to say he failed. For those of us who voted him, we know he is on d right track. We voted him 4 change. Change comes with pain and sacrifice. No pain no Gain.

Change comes gradually. Nevet automatic. All great countriee today made alot of sacrifice at a tome to make thier future generation great. If our generations are d one to make d sacrifice for d future generation, so be it.
as simple as that.

I shall only curse him at the end, either in 2019 or afterwards. But within the interim,I have nothing to say than to watch, hope and pray.

If No body can predict his/her later events, then as a human such person is fallible.

People voted for him for a presumed change, and shouldn't expect magic overnight.

Problem most "otherwise" folks have,is to unconsciously think, their own enemies should also be our own enemies.
That only comes from an erroneous conscience.

Nairaland General › Tinted Glass Permit And Its Innuendo by Mutuwa(op): 5:42am On Mar 10, 2016
The Motor Vehicle (Prohibition of Tinted Glass) Act 1991 is currently the enabling Law that empowers the Nigeria Police to prosecute anyone culpable, in the ongoing tint permit dilemma.

I recall back in 2006/07 as a student, the Federal High way patrol cops would harass us then with this same issue of “tint permit” leaving people asking and wondering what the heck is a tint permit. None of these patrol officers would point out the medium and process through which it can be obtained to douse the doubts about it; rather it became an avenue for personal “egunje” generation.

Sometime in 2011,the then Inspector General of Police, came out in the open, on the main road leading to Louis Edet House and had his tint removed, indicating a war against the use of tinted glasses. That was the same day I removed mine, to save myself the embarrassment and rhetorical questions of the police, sent to hunt out anyone without a permit.
I recall some areas like silver bird entrance at central area and under zone 6 and area 1 bridge as spots for tearing up tinted glasses of motorists.

Two years back, or so soon thereafter, a procedure was made explicit for obtaining a valid tint permit, after a lot of people had visited Police stations and various area commands to obtain some contents typed on the Nigeria Police letter head to serve as a tint permit.
However what really isn’t clear about the tint permit is the clause “TINTED PERMIT IS ISSUED TO MOTOR VEHICLE(S) WITH FACTORY FITTED TINTED GLASS ONLY”. This clause is my opinion is a fraudulent time bomb. And they made all and sundry understand that it is free, although a lot have had their trials and tribulations to speak about, hence the thread created yesterday by a Nairalander and lots of complaints registered as well.

A time would come probably, when the Police flag you down and ask for your tint permit, of your car which is not a factory fitted one, but self installed and you confidently flaunt your laminated permit at their faces. That is when they will point to the above caveat, and you will be in for it. Its either you part with the usual money to save yourself the harassment, talk your way out, have them removed instantaneously or be prosecuted.

Who is this slowpoke? ALLAH is a merciful GOD and don't use the name ALLAH in your stupid comment. Tinted permit is necessary because most vehicles comes with factory tint. I have been trying to submit since January and the so called Nigeria police website won't react. I have printed out the form sha so I can take to Police Commission. Nigeria police is always synonymous with corruption. I dont expect it to be free anyway cos na naija police..
You just made a whole lot of sense in your write up,tinted permit is a time bomb fraud waiting to explode.

Nairaland General › Re: James Ocholi’s Update: One Of The Suspects Interrogated By Frsc by Mutuwa(m): 2:43pm On Mar 09, 2016
ritafamous:
The Federal Road Safety Corps has commenced thorough investigation of the ghastly auto crash which claimed the lives of the Minister of State for Labour, Mr. James Ocholi (SAN), his wife, Blessing and son, Joshua. The FRSC has specifically interrogated the driver of the SUV on his hospital bed in the National Hospital, Abuja, and security personnel attached to him.

The Assistant Director, Information and Protocol, National Hospital, Abuja, Dr. Tayo Haastrup, stated this in an interview with THE PUNCH on Tuesday night. According to him, officials of FRSC visited the hospital in connection with the investigation of accident.
“Oh yes, we received the FRSC today (Tuesday) in connection with the accident. They also visited the driver and the security detail, where they questioned them on the cause of the accident,” he emphasized.

The decision was sequel to the demand by family members for an investigation of the driver and the method of his recruitment.
Ocholi’s Uncle, Abdullah Aliu, had suspected a foul play in the accident.

He had said, “There was a kind of foul play in the whole exercise, which is very worrisome. Apparently, the driver that drove the car was the same person that took the photo of the dead man and sent it all over the Internet, what’s app and social media. So, the question is how come that the driver of the vehicle in same car was able to get himself and take picture if the dead man? <<<< http://www.ritafamous.com/index.php/2016/03/09/james-ocholis-update-one-of-the-suspects-interrogated-by-frsc-reveals-shocking-details/

Politics › Re: Reps Summon DSS Boss, Daura, Over Ekiti Assembly Invasion by Mutuwa(m): 2:39pm On Mar 09, 2016
mile12crises:
The House of Representatives yesterday gave 48 hours to the Director-General of the Department of State Security (DSS), Lawan Musa Daura to appear before it to explain reasons for their invasion of the Ekiti State House of Assembly complex.
The lawmakers, in adopting a motion by the minority leader, Leo Ogor (PDP, Delta), said such actions by the DSS were in “clear violation of the provisions of the constitution.”

Orog, who came under matters of urgent national importance, said the invasion by the agency to the Assembly complex was “unacceptable” and goes to demonstrate interference of an arm of government.
“If somebody violates the law,” Ogor told the House, “and nothing is done, it gives him the privilege to move forward.
“Therefore, it is important that we summon the Director-General of the DSS to explain where the agency derived its powers to invade and destabilize the activities of the House.
“It is important to respect the rule of law and the sanctity of this institution must remain sacrosanct.”
After the motion was unanimously adopted by the lawmakers, speaker of the House Yakubu Dogara referred the matter to public safety and intelligence committee for further works.
