Even as a layman and I did reach about this topic ,there are three forms of marriage allowed in Nigeria;
-Customary marriage.
-Marriage in act(court marriage)
-Religious marriage(which covers Islam,Christianity et al)

By law, no one is superior to the other and if one decides to do two of the three which the man in question did then,the right of inheritance has to be done based on each marriage conditions.
Simply put,the inheritance of the man will be shared based on Islamic dictates to the Muslim wives and Thie kids and whatever remains can be inherited by the Christian wife and her kid(s).
You can't claim ownership over something when they are rightful claimants to the same thing.
She(the Christian wife) can't inherit all of his legacies(property) because by law the other wives and their kids are also heir apparent.
