Memory lane! Some of us had one friend we hardly can forget remembering a certain time in our lives. Back then in secondary school, I had this very close friend that we were too into each other. We walked quite a distance to school everyday and returned together too. We were in same level. Chai! Unfortunately we are no longer together today. What has changed over time, I don't seem to get. We are even living in same city now but we no longer call, see or relate with each other again. I guess there's time for everything. We have to move on.

decatalyst: Always burning all structures left behind.
I still can't fathom the need to the burning and destruction. Do other countries do this?
Everything is just wrong in Nigeria! We can only go far base on the level our mentality can carry us. |

Politics › Why Are Nigerians In Abroad So Kind And Merciful Than Nigerians In Nigeria? by myfan(op): 4:34pm On Oct 05, 2020*. Modified: 5:02pm On Oct 05, 2020 |
This thread is created out of my observations. I have in different occasions pleaded for help from members of this forum and the help usually come from Nigerians based abroad. I don't know them and they don't know me but they still reach out to help. This is so unlike Nigerians based in Nigeria. In Nigeria, a rich neighbour may hear you are sick to the point of death and need money for survival, instead of reaching out, he may not even send you not to talk of helping you. I remember during my undergraduate days, I had challenges paying my fees and made a post on this forum, the person that helped me out is abroad based Nigerian. Is it that they take their minds back to how it was with them when they were in the country and therefore see the need to help those who are still trapped in the 'cage'? I'm just confused over what could be their reasons. A typical Nigerian based in Nigeria no matter how rich he is is not nice, merciful to others.
Meanwhile, if you are abroad based and you have been sending money back home to help people, what is/are your reason(s) please?
Lalasticlala, what do you think? |

SALTandFIRE: bjprodint I put it to you that you are a fraudulent person. At a point you claimed to be a private school teacher. Then later you said you were unemployed and wanted to set up a fruit shop.... You got well over 80k on that thread
What happened next? You came with another format and some people still fell for it.
Now you come with another emotional manipulative long post to cash out and to further your course, you are using your alternate Monika mytime.
Enjoy it while it last.... If you claim to have Malaria when you don't have it, at the end, you will definitely suffer from it. These are the people who would barrier your helpers from helping you. Not as if they themselves have the ability to help, would love to help you or can actually help you. None of the above. Their own is just to ensure they discourage your helpers from helping you no matter how real you try to prove yourself. |

If this guy had come to Nairaland to seek help which probably he would have gotten or not, one iddiot called MrBanner would've rushed to call him scammer and tag mods to come ban him not considering if he truly needs help and the mods without any findings would have tapped on ban button immediately. |

Xanslyte: I thank God for who and your baby ma.Its only God that would bless the donor. If one wannabe mod MrBanner or maybe he's even a mod sef saw this plea he would have discouraged the giver.I was hungry yesterday someone wanted to help me out next thing he came from nowhere calling me a thief and deceiver and telling me I did it everytime without we ever meeting on nairaland before and bringing out proof.I just had to bear the hunger with anger.I just thank God he didn't allow him see this plea.Maybe he thinks everyone that begs loves doing it.MrBanner just know that the day you ask for help nobody riykd give you.God blees you and your baby and the giver. You see what I was saying? I say the idiot does nothing on Nairaland than bitterly and maliciously attacking and reporting any moniker seeking assistance on the forum calling them unprintable names like bambiala (whatever that means), thief, scammer all these without proofs. Or is it now a crime for one to seek help? MrBanner, except you stop this nonsense, may you never find favour among men wherever you may find yourself. |
