Here I am sir please i really need this 5k it will really mean a lot to me sir as it is now i'm currently working on a block site to raise money just so I could afford to pay for my practical materials here in school as I have no one to help me sir and to make matters worst this work is killing me inside as it's making me lose focus as I do miss taking lectures just so I could go and work in d building site.

There are too many videos of the arena completely filled up...this agenda is too weak and built on lies...you wished he didn't...but he did sell it out !

Davido did not sell out the O2. He doesn't have a plaque to dt effect. If he did, he'll be the first to show it to the world. Tickets were still on sale on d day of d event.


The only time the O2 arena was sold before now was 2018 afrorepublik (WizKids 1st O2 show). Tickets sold out before the event. Wizkid got a plaque & smade kept showing it off.


And of course WizKids Nov 28, 2021 show which was sold out in 12minutes. The poster plaque will be given to him too.


Davido and WizKids 2019 shows were both not sold out.

Burna did 20K complete...he sold out hours before the show...the last set of tickets release were sold out.

From the soil test results, I could either use short piles or 'long' beams. The cost for short piles are cheaper than the cost of deep beams. But clients always have dislike for piles. Most probably because piles have been made to appear costly. It's like giving a dog a bad name to hang it.
This is why me and a group of Geotechnical Engineers and Geologists had to form a Pile Construction company that builds piles that are less expensive than deep rafts.

So on this site, we opted to use DEEP RAFT with wide footings.

Is simple and straight forward . the rule of thumb in structural engineering is to always introduce expansion joint at intervals of 30meter...
since your structure is spanning 50meters... you can safely introduce the expansion joint at the mid section of the building depending on it design...

feel free to drop the working drawings here so I can specify the best points to introduce the expansion joint...

Someone shared a screenshot of a page from a technical report by the National Academy for Science and Engineering where it showed that one can have a framed building spanning up to 100m without an expansion joint. I would share the screenshot below. What are your thoughts on that ?
