I really need to know how you can handle your unhappiness personally without hurting your partner. There is this very big opportunity I have been hoping for like my life depended on it and I suddenly realized I missed it and unhappiness, sadness and gloominess took over. My partner is someone who wants me to be happy always and someone who becomes sad whenever I am unhappy. I do not want my sadness to be a source of unhapiness for my partner but I don't know how to handle it. Please, what can I do? Thank you. |
Tolutheo: Please when pointing out people,s mistake always highlight the error, PLEASE SHOW WHERE I MENTIONED TALENT. |

yellowpawpaw: Apart from test, don't restrict them in anything they r doin, check out their personalities too.read books on temperaments to broaden ur knowledge.there was this small boy of 4 and half yrs that I know very well.he is always hungry.everytime he is always asking for food but whenever he starts building his motor, generator etc(actually,if a mechanic come to do work in their house, forget him till d mechanic goes home)he will never ask for food.entice him with anything u r wasting ur time.if he will ever answer u,he will tell u he is building motor, and he has tools. really good stuffs.if d parents encourage him,I think he will be a good mech engineer.Nice input. Appreciate. |
MMotimo: Depending on the talent, there may be standardized tests your child can take to confirmTest? That's news to me. |
juman: It's considered as norms. The other way round is not bad.I like the other way round for no apparent reason |
My Vicky: May be I'm the only one thinking this way? |
My Vicky: This sounds so true but I don't really know how to go about it. Thanks for the great input. |
I have come across so many prodigies who have risen to the top of their chosen career or profession simply because their parents identified their unique talent from childhood and the parents helped such children channel the talents appropriately. Time will fail me to list examples of such children from all spheres of life, such children have been tremendeous blessing to their generation and generations yet unborn just because a mother or a father identifies the talent they possessed at a very early age. Seeing Carly Rose,Jamie grace, Sophia and Rosie grace sing is amazing. Seeing the wonders performed by Messi, Williams Sisters, Tiger wood etc is awesome. John Dabiri, Eesha Khare....etc are academic marvels. My question is how does a parent identify her child's talent from early age? Sometimes we tend to shout children down especially when they are too forward at childhood but that could be a potential talent elsewhere. Some other times we don't like our children to be too quiet or too shy, that could also be a talent. So, how do we identify which is a talent in a child and which is not so we could hep them develop such talents to adulthood and make a difference to the world? |
Success has so many friends while failure or evil has no associate. |
tinuolababy: The Lady is the one accepting the man's proposal. How about when the man accepts the lady's proposal? |
jeffizy: Actually, that is just a form of honor for the bride.Really? |
zetdee: maybe remaining in Africa is the best thing, nothing is preventing Africans from doing the same thing.? |
greatgod2012: I think its because it is d lady that will leave his father' name to bear that of d husband's, couple with d fact that it is d lady that is married. |

My Vicky: In this era of human existence, it is not uncommon for individuals to have a role model. The role models are usually selected from accomplished folks from all works of life such as religion, politics, entertainments, academics, industry and so on. Some even go to the extent of attributing their successes to such role models. Just randomly ask someone beside you of his/her role model and you immediately receive spontaneous response from them and one might look awkward if one doesn't have a role model. Please, I want to know if people can succeed without a role model and what are the merits and demerits of having a role model? |
Callotti: The world is generally peaceful, only a few hot-spots!Interesting... |
Idowuogbo: Yeah I meant it, taking time out to tell total strangers it's not all over shows u special. |
But it is not really possible to remain in africa. Africans have to travel out just like the whites travel as well. |
May be I'm the only one thinking this way? The whites are quick to associate an evil or bad behaviour to Nigerians or blacks but when a white is involved, they give it a host of psychopathic apppellations. When Nigerians or blacks do good or achieve great feats in foreign countries, those countries are quick to attribute the success to themselves. It seems to me that they only choose to get credit for the good and not the bad. I completely detest and condemn all the acts of terrorism and inhumanity and at the same time, we should call a spade a spade. When someone does evil, he is a british-Nigerian, African-American.....but when they do good, they are simply british, american.....injustice at the highest level. I do not see in the BBC, CNN news or the World super powers condemning BUNKERING in nigeria. All I see in the news is Corruption, Boko Haram, Insurgence and so on. Even though, these are equally heinous crimes being perpetrated in Nigeria yet Nigeria looses even more to Oil BUNKERING and I believe these super powers benefit from the situation and that's why they don't say anything about it. In my opinion, this is unfair to Nigeria. How do we put an end to all the negative publicities being attributed to us as nigerians and as africans? |
Hope you read the statement from Perez, ''"The important thing is that we have recovered the level that we didn't have before...."? Madrid was far behind Barcelona when Muo came and now Madrid could boast of beating the ''best team in the world'' more than 5 times in 3 years! In about 18 years, Madrid reached UCL semi finals only 5 times, Muo reached UCL semi thrice in 3 years! His league points and goal records are there to stay for a while. Give it to Mou, he didn't fail woefully at Madrid just that he could not accomplish ALL his expectations! Let's equate soccer to any kind of profession or career you desire or that you desire for your child, what type of child would you prefer? Ferguson, Del Bosque, Keshi, Klopp, Hiddink, Guardiola, Mancini, Wenger, Muorinho, Benitez, Conte, Heynces, Villa Boas, Ancelloti, Simeone.....etc? I'm very sure Muo will not carry last and Muo will always be among the top three. The record speaks |

naija should learn from this. Evil, obnoxious and wicked men should be hastily and speedily brought to justice. If it were naija, I'm sure we will set up a committee to look into the investigation and after about 3 months, everything goes down the drain. |
