Have you ever lost hope in breathing?

sweetheart my most traumatic/last r-ship was just last year.and till today I still think abt some of the moments and also every ish that happened and the condition it left me in.I lost hope in alota things not just breathing buh am good tho.regretting it(my past) is absolutely useless cos it won't change anything. I just only hope,pray and wish for only one thing "God shouldn't give my kids my kinda heart" You know the saying that whoever wronged you, unknowingly made you a stronger person.

I regret nothing.They are all in the past.Already lost hope in r/ship.just live for yaself n make ppl you cherish n love happy (FAM).
