It is not literally addressed to anyone. But you have to put the address of where you are going to in UK. If it's Masters, the school address. If it's work, the employers address. You can't put multiple address.

My candid advice is for you to start with what you have as there is no better time to start other than now. I started something about two weeks ago (a 4 bed flat, all ensuite) and you will be amazed at what I was able to achieve with a little over 1M. Although, the major factor that determines level of achievement is location, I stay in the north where the soil is stable to a great extent and labour cost is relatively cheap as well as cost of building materials.
Furthermore, make the property section of NL your building Bible (especially this thread)as you stand to gain a lot from experienced professionals that abound on the forum - they are always ready to help and I pray that God bless them all.
I've had instances that my building contractor would want to cut corners but the experiences I've gained so far helped me out.
Another point to note is, during the course of building, don't add too many unnecessary extras that are outside the original plan as this will help you to save cost.

He claims to have 1040w of panels, we don't know if the MPPT is utilising all or its wasting the excesses. Still assuming he uses all, time to charge the system would be 2400wh/1040w= 2.3hrs. In solar you approximate upwards and that becomes 3hrs. Actually that is just a little short of an average daily solar harvest. Also, this only works if battery won't be used all day while it charges.

When you deplete below 50% DoD, you won't be able to fill up the bank in one day. Too many inefficiencies and losses doesn't make this look like an effective system. My 20kobo.

For the load, I will love to add my television with below power consumption rating (It consumes a power of 50 Hz to 60 Hz or AC 100 V to 240 V and utilizes a mere 1 w or lesser while skipping to the standby mode.)

I learnt I can even get AC/DC fan with 15watts power consumption,

Solar is expensive but sweet. Had this pet project for a community without light last year. We installed a 300watts solar panel, 1000w inverter, 200ah battery, charge controller and a board with about 20 sockets for charging of phones, surprisingly the system is still running, may will make it a year.

And if this is what you mean,

It’s not usually correct to measure a used battery back up time; why simply because we may be able to tell it’s efficiency but I will state it’s ideal
Back up time for a five numbers of a 30watts fan
Which is 150watts

About 23-24hrs backup if battery is new and good

If you have lower than than this, it must mean your battery efficiency is reduced already
