Will this planned NLC strike affect salary payment

Greateemayo:
Good morning all, please I need your help. My connect through my dad (he's an uncle) said my APL is ready, but he wouldn't disclose the MDA, he says he wants it to be surprise. He isn't in the country now and I'm very curious. Does anyone know any MDA that shared APL in the last 1-2weeks?
All responses will be appreciated, Gracias.

Well, it's understandable how you feel, but we go still confuse you more if we list out those agencies as you would not be able to pinpoint the particular one among them (quite a number of agencies, uni's and poly's released apl within the last 2wks). I'll advise you relax and enjoy yourself while praying he comes back safe and sound. Congratulations bro.

Any show

Any alert from Federal Polytechnic?

Joyless004:
Yet they paid July salary no increment for this horrible cost of living.

It's well.

I blame NLC wey don collect bribe

NLC dey fall hand. Dem no suppose agree any minimum wage of less than 100k

Mohisah:
Anybody can sell slot, but when it comes to Politicians it's the South that sell theirs esp House of Rep, Senators don't.
If u see anyone who with letter and claim he paid, just know that it the P.A or the facilitator that chop di money.

In Public office all the tribes are selling it like water sellers

Him no go understand you. He's driven by hate for anything North.

We are eagerly waiting for upward review of minimum wage

Voltage7:
Why will it pain me? Do I look like you hypocrites? Lol 😂

You paint the Southern politicians bad, but your Northern politicians are selling slots like crude oil. You hide face and pretend you don't know. 😂

I remembered how you guys here in your large numbers vilified South West Senators for selling slots and not helping their own brothers, BUT see una sister and uncle, Isa Pantami selling slots like Honda Civic.

When it comes to other regions especially the South West, you don't speak on what you know, you vilify them to the last.
Hypocrites.

I repeat, go and hug transformer as e dey pain u. I only answered a simple question about what I know and you are here screaming like a mad dog

Voltage7:
Una sabi defend rubbish sha

I Spoke on what I know. If e pain u hug transformer .

asaleh96:
Lol. Good thing you personalised your response.
I know plenty!!!

Why not just go ahead and answer the person who asked the question then? Why coming for me? Or were you expecting me to not speak only for what I know?

Interactive34:
Nothern Job seekers dey pay this too ?

Well, truth of the matter is, I'm a northerner and I have never come across any norther politician who sells slots or a northerner who got a job via a politician by paying money. All the people I know in my state that got even A-list agencies' slots from northern politicians got it with no money exchanging hands.

Whiterose21:
What do you guys take women for? What do you think will happen, when she eventually finds out the real pay?. It means you don't trust the woman you married. I am not a fan of those that hide their pay slip from their spouse. My children knew my pay, when I was teaching in a private school, let alone my spouse.

We are not out to insult or demean women. What we are saying or trying to do is to rebuke the spirit of busy body in that guy's life. That's a family matter. Let the husband be the one to tell the wife and not a third party. Only he who wears a shoe should really know where it pinches, not a bystander.

Dannyhonda:
Actually a friend husband just got an offer letter so the wife is asking for the pay which I actually can't say. The man is a masters holder by the way, how much do you think it would be?

Tell her to ask her husband and mind your business.

Where's your address? Do you have a hearing aid center in Abuja?

Donwizbro:
Oh! Alright. Thanks for enlightening me.
We've received APLs and have done documentation already. No news of biometrics

Oh ok. Wish you luck. You stay in Damaturu?

Donwizbro:
Pls any news about ippis capturing in Yobe state civil service commission?
I'm waiting for your response, thanks

State Civil Services do not use IPPIS to pay salaries.

moabdul:
Good evening...please is it Ippis that will contact you or your employer to come for capturing.

Employer

ASF46:
ok thanks. Sorry last question, please do you have any idea on any of the federal polytechnics in the north that are about to recruit?

Nope. But the new Federal University of Health Sciences in Azare and ATBU Bauchi are sharing APL.

ASF46:
Wow, but will they recruit again anytime soon?

No idea

ASF46:
Please those anyone knows whether Federal polytechnic damaturu will still recruit, or any Federal polytechnic within the north that is about to recruit?

Damaturu recruited about 60+ staff last month, both academic and non-academic.

AlphaGrace:
Thanks for your prompt response, I'm grateful Sir.

You're welcome. If I were you I will promptly correct the one on BVN to avoid wahala.

AlphaGrace:
Good morning sir, please I wanted to make enquiry about this, If the date of birth on someone's BVN is different from the one he used during IPPIS capturing, as a new employee, will it affect his salary payment ?

Please house, kindly response to my question provided you have an answer to it, thanks I'm grateful.

There's high tendency it will. Name and date of birth mismatch between your bank and IPPIS might bounce the salary back into CBN coffers until it is resolved and you reapply through your MDA. Check the FAQ page on the IPPIS website.

Dtish:
If creation and payroll is done before 15th of July, you'll get salary.

Capturing is different from creation and payroll.

Oh ok. Thanks.

chubaba1990:
Thank you for your insight, but how long would it take to pay the arrears after the first payment?

Bro, pls how many months after your IPPIS capture did you receive your first salary?

Iyajelili:
Depends on the date of assumption of duty. For example, if assumption of duty was that January, then yes he will be paid arrears.

Gensanusi:
If he was given IPPIS confirmation slip he should check, which they put as his date of first appointment, if they put the month he was capture no arrears, but if they put different date before the capturing he will be paid but the arrears will take time

Pls, I was captured end of last month and 4th July was what is on my slip as date of first appointment. One of my colleagues who we were employed and captured together along others, told us that the IPPIS guy told him that we should expect to receive salary this July. How true?
NB: It's a Fed Poly.

SweetPoison22:
Pls, how much is the take home for administrative officer in a polytechnic? Level 7 and 8

Here

Is this feasible? Fingers crossed

Gensanusi:

Thanks. I guess this is the updated one.

The salary scale in use for non-academic staff of Federal Polytechnics is CONTEDISS.
