Yesterday the Nigerian Army made a daring incursion into Gujuba a Boko Haram territory, they destroyed their base and recovered some rifles and GPMG. Many of the Boko Haram fighters deployed in Gujuba have reportedly left Gujuba for an operation elsewhere as such there was minimal confrontations with Federal troops that made the incursion. My guess is that, Boko Haram where pissed off by this daring incursion and probably decided to retaliate.

They probably might have learnt that attacking Damaturu in the day time will bring in the Nigeria Airforce into the equation, and we all remember how the Airforce dealt them a serious blow during their last attack. As such the best bet is to attack Damaturu in night, which they just did.

I made a couple of phone calls to Damaturu, from what am hearing the firing and explosions have subsided a bit. It is either, the Nigeria army have contained the situation or Boko Haram came and left to Gujuba after making a point.

However, by tomorrow we will understand the real fact on ground

Adamawa is a no go area for GEJ. Buhari don't even need to campaign here, GEJ failure to visit them during Boko Haram siege of Northern Adamawa, his failures to arm the local hunters and stop them from taking the war to Boko Haram is a crime no Adamawa person, male or female, rich or poor, Muslim or Christian, Fulani or Hausa, Bachama or Marggi, Minchika or Gulan, Yukgur or Killba, Bulan or Gada will ever forgive or forget.

Look at how they keep on creating fake Facebook accounts and twitter pages with all sorts of fictitious names like Aliyu Gwarzo, Ibm Iman, Abdul Ningi. They use pages like Hope For Nigeria, Scannews, Radio Biafra, Ndigbo and other PDP paid online media, where they copy and paste each others lies.

Am afraid, PDP may use INEC to disqualify Buhari so that GEJ will be the sole candidate contesting for president, same as he did during PDP primaries.

Let them know this is not PDP primaries, this is presidential election.

Nigerian armed forces take delivery of 1,000 Polish-made Beryl M762 7.62mm assault rifles.

The Polish Defense Company Firearms Lucznik-Radom will supply a total of 1,000 Beryl M762 7,62mm caliber assault rifles to the Nigerian Armed Forces. The agreement includes also maintenance kits and training for the Nigerian army soldiers.

Currently, Nigerian army soldiers participate in a training program in the city of Radom, Poland. The first weapons should be delivered to Nigeria in January 2015.

Another batch of 5,000 assault rifles could be delivered to Nigeria in 2015. According information provides by the Lucznik-Radom Company this is the first export contract for the Beryl M762.

The Beryl M762 is a Polish 7.62mm assault rifle designed and manufactured by the Lucznik Arms Factory.

The 7.62mm M762 Beryl assault rifle is an individual selective fire automatic weapon especially designed to be used by infantry and airborne troops. It is reliable, accurate and durable weapon, resistant to unfavorable environmental conditions.

The M762 assault rifle has three firing modes: single shot, three-round burst, and fully automatic. It is adapted for launching rifle grenades using standard live ammunition that enables fighting lightly armored vehicles at ranges up to 150 m.

The Beryl M762 has a metal, right-folding butt-stock with a rubber butt-plate. It’s also possible to use new ergonomic, telescoping, right-folding butt-stock and new ergonomic pistol grip. The sights are U-notch type and the front sight is folding, that enables undisturbed aiming with optical sights.

The Beryl M762 can be fitted th main Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913) for optical, holographic or night vision sights and four small Picatinny rails on the handguards for additional accessories. Lower Picatinny rail on the handguard is prepared to mount new, modular grenade launcher GPBO-40 calibre 40 x 46 mm. Beryl can be attached also with older type of under-barrel grenade launcher PALLAD GP-40.

Our army are advancing reclaiming inch by inch of territories captured by Boko Haram. Now as I write you this update, it is my pleasure to tell you that our gallant troops backed by the newly acquired T-72 Tanks have recapture Minchika and Madagali from the evil sect. Moral is on record high amongst the troops, infact they are requesting to march straight to Gwoza which is just 45km from Madagali.

We pray Allah continue to guide and give them unlimited success.

The bomb went off in a place called Filin Parking along Ibrahim Taiwo road close to Isiayaka Rabiu plaza.
