Lagos is now a dustbin under Ambode. Go to Okokomaiko, Igbo elerin etc and see how the whole place looks like a refuse dump. Lawma doesn't go to that area anymore and I don't even know if Lawma still exists. Tell Ambode to bring back Lawma before Lagosians throw refuse everywhere and make Lagos look like a home of pigs. I cringe whenever I drive through Iyana Isashi- Iyana-Iba and when I drive from Igbo elerin - First gate enroute Ikeja, it's even worse. The whole road is filled with waste and nobody is packing it. Nothing like this happened under Fashola...

They better book the flight oo. All the times I have called, they have always said they have booked it. I checked Checkmytrip and it confirms that they have really booked the flight, but the main airline are unreachable I don call tire. If they don't book it, it means I would have to forfeit my connecting flight. I am hoping they have done it because all the times I called, different customer care reps told me it has been booked.

Go to the homepage of Royal Air Maroc. Then click Manage My Booking. You'll see booking number and passenger name. Put the 6-digit code under booking number. But instead of putting your full name under passenger name, put only your surname. Let me know if this helps.

This is what I have been doing with no luck. I just read somewhere that online check in begins 24hours before flight on Royal Air Maroc and it's a reliable source. Thank you.

They sent me the code and they also sent a ticket number. They are saying the airline hasn't updated their website. And it's 3 days now.

Royal Air Maroc. I wanted to say I called Wakanow.

I called Wakanow today and they are saying the ticket is fine and that the airline hasn't updated their website. How true is this? I don't want anything to go wrong with this flight. This Wakanow people shouldn't make me angry oo .. My connecting flight JetBlu didn't give me this problem. When I inputed the ticket number, my bookings came up.

I agree you don't have to wait till 24hours..... 24hours is for checking in . There also a place to view your ticket after booking, your details should come in when you check the website under manage my booking

Give it a day or two and if it doesn't then call the agency and clarify

Probably you entered the agent booking reference and not the airline booking reference. I booked with ajala travels, when I entered their booking reference I encountered similar issue. Check the lower part of your itinerary print one and look for the airline booking reference. I learnt wakanow's customer service is poor but I was contacted yesterday after booking a local flight with them.

No, I put the reference on the itinerary. I put the ticket number of the flight and it's still the same. I will call them today.

That is when you should be using the "check in" link.

I won't advise booking with the airline directly, cause local airlines cancel and adjust their schedule a lot, you need someone to be responsible for that and keep you updated, check-in for you and make sure you don't miss your flight or even rebook.

I've had terrible experiences with Nigerian airlines and wakanow(took 6 months to refund), only travel agency I recommend is Travelden

Personal Travel Allowance (PTA) and Business Travel Allowance (BTA).

Ohhh Okay .... So does that PTA have a minimum amount?

You can get up to 4k USD from the bank. It's PTA not BTA.

BTA means you need to have some amount of money with you before you travel. It's not PTA. I am asking, if the minimum is $1000

How much to carry... only you know your pocket. Yes you can go into the bank and buy dollars by PTA. Although the rate is probably the same with black market these days .

1 hand luggage some airlines do up to 10 to 12kg for hand . Some will agree for handbag and in addition to hand luggage

The standard is 2 bags of 23kg each and a hand luggage . anything outside that is extra charge but the best place to check is the airline

All liquid such as even perfume, toothpaste , deodorant should be in your checked bag and not your handluggage as liquid is not allowed in hand luggage . Keep your money in your handluggage or pocket or something that is with you at all times and keep your document with you to be with you at all time. make sure you remain calm so you dont forget anything such as document on the plane or in the airport .

If you plan to come to Nigeria within a year, great if you have no plans then you dash the airline money for nothing
