olyrayy: Oh. I was thinking you or some other oga should have a website around this... and then, after growing an audience, create an informational product on mutual funds. A lot of people (me inclusive) would prefer to buy a product with all the necessary information instead of reading this thread from page 0 to 70... So this forum is not enough for you ? |

How do I solve the issue of bandwith limit getting exhausted daily. Initially logging out and clearing my cache used to work for me but not anymore. Before posting.. always visit steemd.com/@username to see your bandwidth limit at that time. Every activity you engage in shortens your bandwith. Thus, things like restiming unecessary posts , editing posts, commenting on comments etc reduce bandwith. It's adviced to fully check your posts before posting because editing it after posting will reduce bandwith. Having more steem power will give you more bandwith. I have also found out that whenever I get the warning, I upvote few posts, this always get my bandwith back to certain level. Nevertheless, your bandwith regenerates if you are idle on steemit i.e close steemit page and come back few hours later |

TONY56: Yes she said so because that is the rules as per direct transactions with the CBN. She never said banks should not pull funds together from those who do not have up to M50m and that's a kind of mutual fund if you don't know.
What Banks have been doing for those of us who don't have N50m to invest and dictate our preferred rates for Treasury Bills is a Mutual Fund. See the definition of "Mutual Fund" below please for your perusal:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/mutualfund.asp
In other words, what I am saying is that the CBN can NEVER dictate the minimum amount that individual banks can accept for investments in mutual funds BUT the banks on their own can. So if a bank says it's no longer going to accept less than N50m, it does not mean that others can't accept N100,000 as Stanbic and First Bank does. Okay.. thanks |

TONY56: Who say? What's the source of your information? CBN or a Particular Bank?
Individual banks can take that decision but it can't be binding on all. Even the woman from cbn said so from the video u last posted here. She said people with less than 50 million should probably invest in mutual funds etc etc. |

doyinisaac: it won't reduce your steempower or SBD but it will reduce your voting power....check page13 to understand voting power OK Thanks.. I actually checked but didn't understand it. Can you be kind enough to explain how it reduces it and why the reduction is not good. Please also add how many upvotes will be good per day. . Ezeanna: Hello people,
I downloaded the Stanbic app from play store and created an account; followed instructions on d app and deposited #5,000. I got a text from them that an account has been created for me and the log in details would be sent within 48 hrs. It has been a week plus now, no log in details sent. I've sent mails to mutualfunds@ stanbicibtc.com and assetmanagement@stanbicibtc.com, yet no reasonable response. What do I do? This is annoyingly frustrating. Just send a message to mutualfunds@stanbicibtc.com only. After 3 days of opening the account without the login details, I emailed them and within ours got my details.. |

Susu96: Okay thank you, I think I'll prefer to do the language course there. Do you know any good schools I can do it, their requirements and how much it'll cost me. And please I still need clarification on this studienkolleg thing.. Is it the language course I'll need to be proficient in german cos right now I'm at level 0 in german or just a prep course before entering uni there.. Or it's both ? Thank you You need to study know the language to be able to enter studienkolleg. Studienkolleg is like SS3 in Nigeria secondary school system. But I must tell you it's very very tough to pass. If you do not want to pass through studienkolleg, then you must hAve a year transcript from a Nigerian university with outstanding marks together with your SSCE and German language exam (either Testdaf or DSH ). Good luck |
