Please I have an au pair offer from a German family but as I have heard the chances of getting a visa appointment is very small. Please can the host Family apply for me from Germany?
Ask the family to write the embassy. Also they can go to the Ausländerbehörde(foreigner's office) in the city where they live and have them contact the Nigerian embassy.

I like him, but truth be told, he's just wasting his money. Having lost the PDP primaries and then humping to a new party shows he's desperate.

NYSC / Re: NYSC Exclusion Letter: Urgent Advise Needed by naijaobi(m): 12:31pm On Nov 28, 2020
Uteghe:
Friends, my cousin was given an apparently fake exclusion letter by their school course rep in 2011,now her office has demanded she take her exclusion letter to NYSC for verification.

When she did a background check again, she got to know the letter was fake and that NYSC had sent the ORIGINAL which she promptly went and got.

The question is: how can she explain this to NYSC since the fake one is already in her file at her office. Please advise.

She knew it was fake. Stop lying.
And we all know the so called cousin is probably you.

By the time Sars finish dealing with them especially serving them watery beans morning, afternoon and night, they will be the ones advising people.

Ill informed comment. British citizens aren’t running to anywhere and their economy is still the 5th largest in the world and as always been in over a decade. British citizens won’t need any visas to travel to the EU regardless of the outcome of Brexit negotiation. Poor economy like Brazil nationals can travel to Europe visa free how much more the 5th largest economy in the world and only second to Germany in Europe. Jobs and unemployment here is at an all time low so be guided and stop making unguarded comments.
LOL... you are a funny person. if i prove it to you, how much are you willing to dole out?

All of them are now flocking to the same China they mocked Peter obi for.
When a renowned wise business man like peter Obi is talking and giving advice, APC and Nigerians as a whole should shut up and listen.

In a sane clime, Peter Obi shouldn't even have a rival for the presidency. The only Governor till date without any corruption story trailing him. Tested and trusted. But because we value mediocrity in Nigeria, we keep on recycling politicians who have no interest in doing anything good for the nation. Tueh

Wow. But from what I read through the threads, one can get a job with a 9euro per hr minimum wage with the 20hrs a week allowed during sessions one can easy make Atleast 500-700euros monthly which could cover monthly house rent and other basic bills....then during the long holidays one can work full-time, with this one won’t have any reason to use up his/her BA money...it’s what I thought but pls can you help me clarify n give me a briefing of what one should be expecting.

Pls and I’m sorry for my anxiety just want to work on my expectations so I don’t get disappointed over there.
I have started my processing already.

Pls Sir or anyone help out. Thanks
If you think that way, you may be disappointed.
Are you saying you already have a job waiting for you as you arrive? Or will you search? It's very easy to do all these 500-700 euros every month calculation.lol..I did it way back too.. Reality is different. Remember you have school to attend, and you'll have assignments and exams to pass..
Just calm down and arrive first... like I said earlier, saying you won't touch your blocked account money is not possible.

Hello Everyone, I joined the thread newly and I’m about to start my process.

I know a lot of ppl have been asking this questions, but pls im about to make a decision and need honest answers pls.
Pls I’ll like to ask the gurus in the house with all Sincerity, would one find a menail student part-time job in Germany without the knowledge of German and what are the factors involved if possible.

Mind you I’m not a quick cash person, but one needs to get a job to sustain one’ self...I plan on saving the money from my BA while I work menial jobs and sustain myself over there?

Pls how possible or is to hanging on Luck? I like to be realistic and I’ll need sincere answer.

Pls. Thanks so much.
Yes you will definitely find a job. But saying you will save the money in your BA and live only on your job is not possible oga. At least not for the first year and most likely bu first year, your BA money must have finished

Politics / Re: Igbos Voted Atiku, Why Demand SFG From Buhari? - Northern Group Mocks Ohanaeze by naijaobi(m): 8:28pm On Jun 17, 2019
NaMeAboki:

You speak of democracy; yet you are clearly not ready to accept the outcome of a democratic process - how ironical!
The leadership positions of the National assembly were the product of internal elections of the legislative institutions elected by its own members, where party influence and individual choices were all at play.

The SE did not vote for the winning party and therefore did not produce enough candidates (reps and senators) to compete for or even influence the outcome of the elections; yet many of you are still out there foolishly expecting for your scanty few members to win seats in such an election - as if it is a must to vote Igbo; haba, what planet do you guys come from which such obtuse reasoning?

This is similar to the silly notion of Igbo president: how would anyone expect to force Nigerians to vote for an Igbo candidate in a democracy where everyone has freedom of choice; without such Igbo candidate working towards selling him/herself and winning over hearts and minds to earn such votes - why should Igbos therefore expect Nigerians to vote for them simply because they feel entitled to it; are we living in a democracy or dictatorship?

Pls do not confuse the civic responsibility of government to adequately provide the the ppl and SE region all that is due to them in terms of ministerial appointments, infrastructural development, security etc as provided by the constitution.

Note, we are talking about the election of the National Assembly for leadership positions within it, as carried out by its members.
I have been civil all through our convo. But you have now started with insults. Have a good day then.

Nooo politics is a game of interest and numbers,, the igbos (southeast) have the interest of PDP to b on d forefront but lack the numbers.. While other regions have d interest of APC and also ve d numbers.. So d igbos should blame themselves for what d got
Oh you are indirectly saying every region should have voted APC. Lol.. Do you have the word, democracy in your dictionary?
Sorry, I forgot what we practice is "democrazy".

Very funny indeed; so in life ppl should not expect to take responsibility for their actions abi? - who told you told that politics is not about winners and losers and sharing the bounties of victory?

Lol.. what then is democracy oga.. Don't bring sentiments into this. In a sane clime, election results have no direct impact on how citizens will be treated irrespective of who they casted their votes for.
What about the people that even voted for him in the south east? They are also punished? You, my friend are a comedian..
Politics / Re: Igbos Voted Atiku, Why Demand SFG From Buhari? - Northern Group Mocks Ohanaeze by naijaobi(m): 2:25pm On Jun 17, 2019
27Pushing30:

Politics is a give and take game, a game of trade offs ... in politics it's winner takes all (Unless the constitution allows coalition govt) If Atiku had won he would surely reward the East bountifully... why? cos as a politician you always keep your strongholds happy hence Buhari's 5% statement which was miscontrued to mean he was mocking igbos when in reality he was being honest(something politics isn't about).

Buhari has heavily favoured the north which is why they voted massively for him again in 2019, in 2015 he won without the east and in 2019 he repeated the feat, the west didnt give him much BUT being the only southern region where APC has good standing they're necessary evil and had to be given speakership.

Hope you now understand the need for igbos to keep the faith with PDP or support APC and get a piece of the political pie.

So because a group of people favoured a different candidiate means they will not be included in the affairs of the nation? Why then is it democracy? since according to you, everyone should have voted for Buhari..
Politics / Re: Igbos Voted Atiku, Why Demand SFG From Buhari? - Northern Group Mocks Ohanaeze by naijaobi(m): 2:22pm On Jun 17, 2019
NaMeAboki:

Even after agreeing that it is a game of winning or losing; you still expected the losers to be rewarded for losing (simply because the are Igbos abi?) - how hypocritical and selfish.
You know nothing about politics. So winning means those who never voted for u should not benefit from the government. And what do you mean by losers? The masses are losers? you are a very funny person
Politics / Re: Igbos Voted Atiku, Why Demand SFG From Buhari? - Northern Group Mocks Ohanaeze by naijaobi(m): 8:16am On Jun 17, 2019
So because many Igbos voted Atiku, that's why they will be sidelined during appointments? Is Atiku not a Northerner too?
I thought politics was a game of win or lose.
Why then perpetually suffer a region because many of them didn't vote for you?
Funny enough, you won't still allow them to leave and be on their own.
And then again, they will still progress more than other regions. shocked shocked
