Strategic partnership is good, but the point is without strategic partnership from whites where are the black African businesses globally? We need partnership but we must first of all learn to be independent to an extent. Where was Safaricom before Vodafone took over in 2000? Look at Jumia, even at 2014, they were already getting big on the continent and not just Nigeria. That's what I'm talking about, what can Kenyans make global without the whites' strategic partnership?

It's just the truth. Jumia for example, is a Nigerian enterprise. lf foreign companies get's involved and makes it one of the top 200 global brands, it would be hypocritical to deny this.
lt is not very easy for the black man to sell his brand globally. Not even easy for whites who do not have access to world power and peiviledge. When you understand this, you'll see why Africans must try to grow from within by first promoting home grown indigenous enterprises and satisfying the indigenous market and taste before anything else.

Actually most of those Lebanese and some of the other whites are not just foreigners but are already Nigerians, they have been here for generations.
We are not saying blacks are stupid or can't do anything, we are saying that the illiteracy level across black nations was high even at their independence. The whites have fought many wars in their dark ages, and they've transcended through a religious reformation and a cultural enlightenment, you can't compare white establishments which have been there for centuries to that of Nigeria or Ghana, Kenya, etc.
Now looking at this list, you'll see SA has 11 out of top 200 multinational companies(and this is not surprising) and Nigeria has 2(which are black owned) and Kenya has Safaricom(which again was developed by whites), and then that's all Africa could offer, which is shameful. This shows that Nigeria deserves some little accolades in all of Africa, although we are not there yet and it's still a disgrace to us, but we are moving slowly.

You do realize English is only an official language. Nigeria has hundreds of languages with thousands of dialects put together. It's simple, most Nigerians aren't ashamed of how they speak English, we call it Nigerian English. Kenyans think they speak good English but y'all don't.

You pronounce Love - Lahv, even the British don't do that, I've researched it and Nigerian English is quite pleasing to the hear, no Kenyan I ever met hated my accent. They disagree with pronounciaton and even scoff but the truth is, they marvel at the confidence with which it is made.
