That's my list. 21 complete, 3 Topped Out and 13 under construction. What's your issue? That's the status of Nairobi buildings I gave you. Meanwhile I need a photo of conoil house and Eagle House, separately, since you claim they're two different buildings.

That was why I asked if the second is a render. If I go by what I counted in the second render, it is 25 floors.

That's why it is good you showed the pictures. It has 26 floors and the snapshot from the official website indicated 4 as basements.

The trouble I went through explaining to this dude the different redesigns that led to LéMac increasing from the initial 22 floors 87m to current 26 floors 126m? lol. I told you guys Lagos has nothing on Nairobi. We did a similar thing on skyscrapercity which was more mature - less patriotism and more content and everyone noted that Lagos disappointed. In terms of high-rises in African we talk Jo'burg, Cairo, Luanda, Nairobi, Durban, Cape Town and lately Dar es salaam

They tally. 15 floors and 12 floors are what you will count for each buildings.

Besides, you can't take pictures of a residential building here anyhow else you may be taking to court but I will definitely find a way to get a picture of these buildings when I go to Port Harcourt.

However, the ones you see in those pictures are still more than all the highrises in Mombasa. Now, dat is the koko.

Go back to my post, I listed complete towers, topped out towers and under construction towers. I listed Prism under topped out and Parliament under under construction towers (though it's topped out ATM). Now please stop quoting me, I prefer people with a brain that they use.

And those huge figures you see are inflated by the NGOs, so that they can get some funding. Mathare is smaller than Kibera. There are slums here but the government is fixing them, and they occupy less than 6% of total land area of Nairobi. And NO Nairobi does not have a popuation of 2,7 million. Its around 4 million, excluding the metropolitan area

He's included 3 towers under construction in the Lagos list, one tower with 19 floors, another tower with 17 floors and two names of the same tower thus increasing the tower count of Lagos' towers over 20 floors from 18 to 24. He's then fished random figures from his arse as total number of high-rises in Lagos and Nairobi. Interestingly he first stated that Lagos has 106 high-rises then suddenly it's 126 and he claims Mombasa has no tower over 20 floors lol. It's painful debating him.
