Kingsmeal: You know your business in all of these. Stop being clever by half.
Peter Obi paid a visit to Prince Eze and you want to clout chase with the pictures you posted.
Article says "Arthur Eze is not supporting Obi". Why screenshot a visit Obi made to him and even comments that followed the visit?
Of what use are they to the article. Answer me I know my business in all of these? So how do you know my business in all of these? Are you in my mind? Are you a mind reader or a magician? English is not a difficult language to understand. I posted tweets that were made in reaction to the article and if you can read and understand English, you will see that this guy posted those screenshots in reaction to the article. English is not difficult. Answer you? Who the heck are you? In fact, I think you are just a waste of my time. I will not read anything you post anymore, neither will I waste my time by responding to you.

Kingsmeal: Dear Naptu,
Arthur Eze is just one-man out of millions of Anambra people.
He's our son and brother, but whether he supports Obi or not, it won't stop APC and PDP from getting more than 1% votes.
Soludo, Eze are all after their interest and Obi will win this election with or without them. Dear Naptu? What's my business with all of these? Why are you telling me all of these? What do you want me to do with all of these? |

Previous thread President Peter Obi Visits Authur EzeI’m Not In Support Of Obi’s Presidential Ambition, Arthur Eze Announces
An Anambra born-business billionaire, Prince Arthur Eze, has disassociated himself from Peter Obi’s 2023 presidential ambition.
Eze, made his position known recently, at the occasion of the 2022 Ofala festival of HRH Igwe (Dr.) Robert Eze, the traditional ruler of Ukpo in Dunukofia local government area of Anambra State.
He said, “I warned Peter Obi to withdraw from this race but he would not listen. I told him plainly that I am not part of his plans. I told him to drop his ambition, and wait for next time.
“When he told me about his ambition, I asked him the states he thinks he can win in the west and in the north – he told me; but I was not convinced. I told him he cannot not win; so that he would not waste his time and money.”
Pointing at Governor Soludo, Eze, continued: “This is the person we are tipping to take over as Nigerian president of Igbo extraction in the time to come. We have a presidential candidate that we are supporting now. After his tenure, he will hand over to Soludo as president.”
Meanwhile, a women’s group, Umuada Igbonine Home and Abroad, whose members were present at the occasion, expressed shock at Prince Eze’s comment, describing it as one made under an influence.
The group, which spoke to newsmen through one of its leaders, Dr (Mrs) Ndidiamaka Ojukwu, told our reporter that she was surprised that Eze would make such a remark concerning Obi.
“Prince Arthur Eze that I used to know does not speak carelessly. Though, one is not surprised because, his younger brother is in the race, under another party platform. If he would support another party, his brother will be affected negatively. I believe, and believe strongly that Anambra, Igbo and well meaning Nigerians, irrespective of state of origin or religion, will support Peter Obi to the fullest.”
Also, a traditional ruler from one of the communities in Anambra Central Senatorial District, who would prefer not to be named, described Eze’s anti Obi comment as a very bad omen for the image of the business mogul, and the image of Igbo people.
“You see, this is why people say that Igbo people are not united or that Igbo people hate themselves. When prominent Nigerians from various tribes and religions are supporting Peter Obi and Labour Party, why should this man talk this way in the public about Obi.
“Anyway, he is entitled to his personal opinion. His opinion does not reflect the sensibilities of Dunukofia people – it is not the opinion of Anambra or Igbo people,” she posited. https://tribuneonlineng.com/im-not-in-support-of-obis-presidential-ambition-arthur-eze-announces/

naptu2: Here's the reason for this policy (although I think it should be #NoToReopeningWithoutComplainantsAssent.
Often times people complain to LASEPA and LASEPA goes to inspect the premises without informing the complainant. If necessary, LASEPA issues a warning to the defaulter without informing the complainant. If the defaulter continues to break the law, then LASEPA seals the premises.
However, after a period of time, if the defaulter takes steps to comply with the law, for example, removing the offending loudspeakers and signing an undertaking that he won't break the law, then LASEPA might reopen the premises. Some defaulters wait a few months and then start to break the law again.
This practice makes a lot of people to believe that LASEPA is not effective. I have spoken to a lot of people who believe that LASEPA does not respond to their complaints. This is because LASEPA has not carried them along and informed them of the actions that they are taking.
This is an attempt to keep the stakeholders, i.e. the residents that are complaining, in the loop.
Although, like I said, I believe that they should seek feedback from the complainant, not the residents' association.
Here's a perfect example of what I'm talking about. This woman was persistent, but not many people are as persistent.
She reported a church to LASEPA. They came and inspected the church, but they did not tell her the result of their inspection. The church continued to disturb the neighbourhood. She made many more reports, but nothing changed. Then she took matters into her own hands. She went to complain directly at the church, but they then used her as a prayer point. She documented all the actions that she had taken and sent them to LASEPA.
Finally, one day, the church announced that they were changing the venue of their midnight services because someone kept reporting them to LASEPA.

naptu2: This Twitter thread by LASEPA addresses two of my greatest criticisms of the agency.
1) They often do not carry the public along when responding to complaints. Sometimes people make complaints and LASEPA might take action based in those complaints, but they often do not tell the complainant the action that they are taking to address the problem. Now the residents will be carried along because the owners of the premises that are shut will need to get a guarantee from the residents association
2) LASEPA usually does not respond to complaints on Twitter. For many years the agency only focused on tweeting about actions that it has taken and about the activities of its general manager. It did not interact with members of the public. That has changed. People tweeted their complaints on this thread and the handler responded to them.
PRESS STATEMENT
"NOISE POLLUTION "
*YOU MUST GET GUARANTEE FROM YOUR RESIDENTS ASSOCIATIONS BEFORE YOU ARE REOPENED-LASG* As State reads riot act to owners of hotels, night clubs, leisure homes and religious centres who engage in noise pollution
The Lagos State Government on Tuesday read the riot act to operators of night clubs, bars, karaoke centres, churches and mosques in the state that were shut down due to noise pollution, that they will not be reopened until a letter of guarantee is issued on their behalf by the residents association of such area.
The Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Mr Tunji Bello explained that it was also discovered that many of such leisure centres/religious homes after being reopened by the State Government usually go back to the same noise pollution for which they were earlier axed, adding that this prompted the issue of involving the residents associations. #NoToReopeningWithoutResidentsAssent https://twitter.com/LasepaInfo/status/1194558360122732545

Afrieyes: The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) says it has sealed more than 28 hotels due to non-compliance with the environmental laws of the state.
Mr Adebola Shabi, the General Manager of LASEPA, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Monday.
“We just don’t go about sealing indiscriminately, we give warning and failure to comply, ends with a sealing of such property.
“We have standard laws on pollution — noise and air emissions are part of such pollution.”
He said the defaulters would be compelled to sign an undertaking or put in place an action plan to forestall a recurrence, before the facilities would be unsealed.

JuanDeDios: So these guys are chronic offenders. Well, I hope they stay long in the cooler this time. I was going from Lekki to Ikoyi early in the morning on Christmas day either 2017 or 2018, when I got to this traffic jam on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road. What was the cause? These mad people were doing their 36 hour party and they parked right on the road (both carriageways) on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road. |

MarketDispatch: Quilox, shut for sound control. You have prayer houses in several areas with loudspeakers hanging outside blaring prayers as early as 5am disturbing sleep.
I am yet to hear one shut for noise pollution Very many have been shut for noise pollution. I have posted them many times. This list is not exhaustive, there are many more cases. naptu2: Lasepa has taken action against lots of churches, mosques, music stores, hotels and factories that have been engaged in noise pollution and there are many nairaland threads about those incidents, so I'll encourage you to complain, because the system works.

What you're seeing here is purely political! Is that also why it was closed for the same offence in 2019 when the owner was a member of APC? |

I usually see this thing every Christmas morning (thank God for the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, I no longer bother with Ozumba Mbadiwe Road).
Loud noise, people parking right on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, just because Quilox is having 36 hour party. Nobody can go anywhere and I pity people who live around there and will have to deal with the noise. |

2019. Quilox Night Club Sealed Up Following Shina Pellers Arrest bestofnollywood: Following an earlier report by ngg.ng about the detention of House of Representatives member and CEO of Quilox night club, Honorable Shina Peller at the Maroko Police Station earlier today, new development reveals that the popular night club has now been sealed off.
Ngg.ng can confirm that the reason for detaining the erstwhile king of nightlife in Lagos is not unconnected from the ongoing Quilox non-stop 36hours party, which has been said to cause noise pollution within the vicinity.
Emerging photos now reveals that Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has cordoned the compound of the club over traffic congestion and noise pollution.
