With Your Help We Can Improve The NYSC Experience by Nasman(m): 5:19am
Hello Nairalanders!
I am a Corper (15B), serving in Abuja. I was posted to Kogi State, first. After orientation program in Asaya camp, I got redeployed to Abuja.
However, my best friend and I, we recently develop an interest in championing the youth cause by registering an N.G.O. which will provide services and guidance to serving corpers across the federation.
As a Nigerian and your brother in green and white. Help make dream come true of this whole NGO plans by sharing the problems you encounter during orientation in camp and the whole service.
Let me give you an example, with myself being the case of study. I encountered the following problems.
1. Locating fellow corpers before camp open.
2. Difficulty in getting to Asaya Camp (Kogi State) from Core North
3. Redeployment Wahala
4. Locating my PPA
5. Finding a decent accommodation
6.Staying in touch with my CDS group.
With your stories, we can help improve NYSC programs for future generations.
Your comments and contributions are highly welcome.
I anticipate your full cooperation on this.
Yours Faithfully

Babalegba:
The issues you raised are too broad to be discussed on a forum, there is always the risk of not getting through. The events you mentioned were the follies of men and against the teachings of the bible. Not everybody that claims to be Christian is Christian.Going to church regularly does not make you a Christian If not for the scramble for Africa I'm sure you would be wearing a grass skirt now. Anyway a true Christian rejects evil and does not condone evil .God has all the time in this world and waits for all of us. In a civilized country Buratai and his men would be in jail by now
Same civilised world that allow Bush and Blair to go walk free? After Killing Millions of innocent souls in Iraq and Afghanistan. Pls spare me the civilised world crap talk.
PoliticsRe: Zakzaky Could’ve Led Uprising Worse Than Boko Haram’s, Says Brother by Nasman(m): 3:18pm On Apr 23, 2016
Babalegba:
When a group of innocent people are massacred then it concerns me and it should concern any half decent human being.Christianity does not tolerate nor condone evil even when done against people of other faiths. Sorry about your bad experience but I'm sure the perpetrators of this despicable infamy will be summoned to the Hague in their lifetime and God is waiting for all men after they have satiated their desires. There was not even a firefight that day, they simply killed those people instead of arresting them. That is called murder in civilized countries
Shut up, I just hate hypocrisy. What do u mean by Christianity does not condone evil? Read your history, and you find out that Christianity is synonymous to evil in history.
Who Orchestrated the following historical events
1- Spanish inquisition
2- Atlantic Slave trade
3 Genocide of American Red Indians
4- The Crusade War on Jerusalem
5- world War 1 & 2
6- Scramble for Africa
7- USSR invasion of Afghanistan
With the above historical events being mentioned here, I can just laugh at any Christian that said Christianity doesn't condone evil.
PoliticsRe: Zakzaky Could’ve Led Uprising Worse Than Boko Haram’s, Says Brother by Nasman(m): 3:09pm On Apr 23, 2016
Our stands is very clear. We will do whatever it takes to put Shiaism on hold. For Christians supporting Shittes in the name of freedom, trust me you guys will be the first victims of Shittes attack. The Shittes have no respect for constituted authority. Do a little research and see how Hezbollah is holding Lebanon to ransom. With Almighty God on our side, Islamic Movement of Nigeria which represent Shittes interest in Nigeria will not hold our dear Country to ransom for the sake of Iranian influence. Shittes have every right to practice their religious rites within the context of law. They should not force Shiaism down the throat of overwhelming Shiaphobic Muslim society in Nigeria. They should not inflict pains on other Nigerians , they should respect the law of the land and uphold the spirit of free access and flowing of people and vehicles on Government owned road. With this conditions in place I don't have a problem with them.

It's even islam that's divided. They think we don't know. The main 2 branches of islam in Nigeria go the way of the ones in Iraq and Syria. Go and read how christians after being killed in ISIS territories force... Muslims leave thier mosque and follow Jesus! they would tell you now, I'm serving Jesus now... over 200,000 people, Yezidi Muslims, turn to Jesus now, nigeria has more population of Christians than muslims, so compelling to become muslims would bring another chaos like central Africa own back home - Here in Nigeria, I wouldn't be surprised.

Let them continue to fool themselves them and this idiotic president who doesn't know what he's doing. We watching.

Well, I pray that he rot in custody. Pls don't release him. We have got to stop Iranian influence in this country. The Muslims in this country are overwhelming Sunni. And off course Saudi Arabia are on our side. We don't need Iran, Iraq, Lebanon to be on our side. Nobody can change this simple fact that Nigeria is a country built on Alhul Sunna. We will continue to protect our country from evil Shia ideology and it culture
PoliticsRe: If It Could Happen In Turkey, Nigerians - Fire On The Mountain by Nasman(m): 10:03am On Mar 19, 2016
One sided article, can u say the same thing for Al-Andalus, the Muslim dominated Spain. What happen in Turkey for the Christians is same as what happen to Muslim in Al-Andalus. Stop spreading ur hate message. And when I met u in the street, u will start ur hypocrisy of Jesus and love, and u fail to understand that Jesus was not the author of Bible.
PoliticsRe: If El Rufai Was A Christian by Nasman(m): 12:27am On Mar 18, 2016
Am a Muslim, Fulani by tribe and am from Kaduna. What Elrufai's government is trying to do here, is a welcome development. Religion has eaten up into the fabric of our society. I don't why Christians in Kaduna which a represent a very small minority will oppose this bill that had already been passed in Kaduna state of Assembly. If u think Kaduna government will bow to wailing from a small minority, then u are either dreaming or delusional. The Bill has the support of majority people in Kaduna, and in democracy, majority always have the voice and upper hand, period

South south... 92% christians 5% muslims

So what is arabic and moon signs doing in our ambulance?

Source: My Account.
Buhari has got a mission....
In ur wildest dream, right?
North West is 90% Muslim. Christians are little below 10% confine to Southern Kaduna Senatorial zone. That's only Senatorial zone in Northwest with significant Christian population.
North East is 80% Muslims, and 20% Christians Only Taraba and Some part of Adamawa state have significant Christians population, the rest of the area is negligible.
North Central is 65% Muslims, Only Benue and Plateau, have a Christian majority in North Central. I give 35% for Christians
As for the Southern region, I don't give a Bleep about that side.

Well, Kano remains a sunni dominated state, for over 500yrs. from our government leaders, political leaders, business leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, have always associate themselves with the true Sunni doctrine. We have respect for very small minority shittes, but let them know that Kano is not zaria. Any attempt to block public owned road network for their selfish reason will result into a more brutal Buratai style. Take note, Zakzaky followers
PoliticsRe: Yahaya Bello Emergence: The Reason Biafra Protest Is Getting Deadly by Nasman(m): 8:55am On Dec 06, 2015
businessMODE:
This post is for people with objective reasoning -It is NOT for those who would come and start asking for "source" or insulting others.

The first question you may want to ask is "what has Biafra or IPOB agitations got to do with Yahaya Bello?"

NOTHING literally, but practically everything or vice versa ... we all desire to remain one indivisible prosperous nation, but the seed of dominance have been planted and that is what IPOB are running away from ... I never liked APC, not because PDP is the best, but because they just don't have good intentions. Their operations are dual and relative depending on where they are focusing on.

It have been confirmed reliably that Abubakar Audu, the APC flag bearer in Kogi election died 5am sunday morning. But the announcement was delayed till when the votes were counted and the results declared inconclusive before they did.

WHY huh

Because if they did, collation will continue with Faleke as the only candidate standing and whatever decision made afterwards will still place him as the party only surviving candidate as at the time of announcing the decision. Why wont hey take Faleke, is it because he is from a minority? NOPE ... it is because he is a Christian ... Nigerian politics is a continues struggle between Christians and Muslims and our leaders pretend it is not ... when they go to their secret chambers, that is what they talk about, but when they come out to the podium, they tell you about One Nigeria ... I have mention Nasarawa, Plateau, Benue, Taraba, Kaduna and Kogi as the battle ground for dominance.

Untill we accept this and work to stabilize the country, NIGERIA will soon fail...
Going by your sentiment, Kaduna is already a conquered territory for we the Hausa/Fulani/Muslim, you can't change this.
Kogi is a muslim dominated state, it logical for a musl to re-emerged as a governor.
Taraba is now under our control, same ad nigmr

There is nothing, wrong with what they said.
Igbos are not suppose to dominate other people's region and you expect the indigenous people to send the igbos flowers to thank them? Hell, No. It wont happen.
Come 2019, I will seek for State of Assembly member seat, in my home stat of Kano. on a pure anti-igbo sentiment, and taking anti-igbo is making me popular. I wont need dirty igbo votes, believe me with sentiment. I can become a Reps, Senator, Governor and even president. Since igbo are politically irrelevant in Nigeria. Quote me and thunder go fire u

No surprises. I want to see the list. My Emir Muhammdu Sanusi II have to be on the list as well. Because he is the second most senior Islamic Figure in the Country. Second to Sultan of Sokoto. Who is the Spirtual Leader of Nigerian Muslims, as well as the Head and Custodian of Noble Hausa-Fulani Culture.

Russian troops on ground, won't make any changes
Nobody can alter this simple fact,, that Bashir Al-Asad must step down as the Syrian President. The scenerio in Syria is similar to pre-2003 Iraq, where a small minority rule over a majority. No Sectarian sentiments attached to this. But, the Shias in Syria. Have to understand it an end game here. The Sunnis have lost Iraq, the Shias must also lost Syria.
And our powerful Sunni Monarchy of Saudi Arabia, must not allow the Shias to gain foot in Yemen, Bahrain, Nigeria, Egypt and other Sunni majority Countries, where shia ideology is on the rise.

girly00zero:
If you honestly set aside religious and cultural sentiments, then I think you'd be able to appreciate that it's not exactly right to let a girl of such an age or even younger to go into something as serious as marriage which requires a lot of maturity both emotional psychological biological and otherwise.
Also the fact that this girl is going to be joining a bee hive of other women makes it even the more reason why the general public is empathising with her. She might have consented under parental and cultural influence. Have you ever considered that??.
Then about the whole legal age ish, 18 is still undoubtedly young for such an arrangement especially given the age difference.
What happens to 30 and above single women.
Without being dogmatic, your culture / religion is patriarchal and objectifies women.
The whole issue of allowing his wives to be educated and all that doesn't change the fact that he sees these his wives as trophies and property to be bought and owned.
That a culture is centuries of years old doesn't make it right. That's why there a thing called change.
If religion or culture doesn't agree with humanity, then dare I say it's not true.
Besides, the #childnotbride won't stop because I believe that there are worse cases that haven't yet met the public's eye.
Between, the Emir might have noble intentions and may be the best match for her as time will tell, but I think the public is being critical of this because of previous past records of northerners and the fact that religion culture and politics has been used to justify a lot of unjustifiable things
Thank you.
You are always welcome. Like I said, you can't change what can't be change. Enjoy your weekend
PoliticsRe: Emir Sanusi's Response To His Marriage To Saadatu - Theheraldng.com by Nasman(m):
Nice one my Emir. Congratulations on your wedding. As for the wailers no amount of your wailing can make us to change our noble cultural values. It better to get marry at 16yrs than to be a prostitute at the same age. Our noble cultural value is not influence by European like yours. Whether you like or not, we will continue upholding our culture anywhere anytime. Do you think your hatred towards (Fulani/Hausa/Northerners/Muslim) has any influence on our day-to-day activities? We don't give a damn about, what you think of us. And it will remain so till the end of time. We have more than centuries long of tradition and history. Unlike most of you, that your inferior barbarian culture, started with the coming of Europeans to our shared country. Ask your forefathers, when the white men came to present day Nigeria. We have an established political system, with laws and most importantly with religion. Nobody can alter this simple fact. The Hypocrisy of southern Nigerians is just funny and annoying. Your pathetic #ChildnotBride hasn't yield any positive result, if I were u. I will stop. It like asking the Vatican to be adopt atheism as their official religion. Stop trying to change what can't be change.
