Mount is the first player starting the press and this is fundamental to Frank's overall set-up. When you have work-rate and dedication to the team, you put yourself in contention to start above talent.

That said, I am trying to understand what is average about Mount. What's he supposed to be doing at 21 that he is not already doing? People making conclusions about 19/21-year-old players. Last year Lamps was crazy favouring Abraham. Now everyone is putting Abraham in their first 11.
