This is not true. With 6 months left on his contract, only Sanchez can decide where Sanchez goes. Arsenal have no say. If they try to force it, then he runs down his contract, they don't get money and he still joins Chelsea in January if that he is what he set out to do. Arsenal are powerless in this at this moment in time. The hope now that Sanchez chooses Chelsea.
